Mirabeau is AMAZING. I came here to celebrate my birthday and the service I received from the moment I got to Mirabeau was excellent. Every detail of Mirabeau Inn & Spa was so intentional and well thought out. The rooms are beautiful! There was a fire place and a seating area where we hung out after the spa. Since I was celebrating my birthday there was a little dessert and a car from the staff!! The small details really made this place feel so special. The Spa! The services were great! The robes were so fluffy and warm. The complementary fruit and tea were exactly what I needed! Erica at the Spa pulled out all the stops and was so kind and helpful to me and my sisters. Ashley at the pool was very attentive to all of our needs. We are coming back again.

A delightful experience from the time we checked in and was offered champagne to the time we checked out. The staff couldn't have been nicer, including Mariah and Isabella at the front desk and Ashley and Amy in the spa. The breakfast on the patio was perfect, the room was beautiful including the huge bathroom with the claw footed tub. The location is great, directly downtown within walking distance of a lot of wonderful restaurants and shops. The spa itself was beautiful and relaxing and we enjoyed our hot stone massages. A perfect getaway!

To Mirbeau Team~||When it comes time for your daughter's bridal shower, you want everything to be perfect. I am beyond grateful that I decided to book Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck for the venue. The location itself is beautiful, but it was the attention to detail that truly impressed me.||From the moment I met Emory Welcher, the Director of Sales & Marketing, I knew we||were in good hands. She provided us with numerous options and was always just a call||away to answer our questions. On the day of the event, Emory was there to ensure||everything was set up exactly as we had discussed. Her dedication was exactly what||you want when planning a special event.||||We also wanted a custom cake, and Pastry Chef Meggan Kalkowski exceeded our expectations. We discussed our theme, and she brought it to life. The cake was not only stunning but also absolutely delicious. We've received so many compliments about it, with guests mistaking it for a stack of books because it looked so authentic.||On the day of the event, we were fortunate to have Penelope manage our party. She||was incredible, always ten steps ahead, ensuring we never had to ask for anything. ||||The food, including tea sandwiches, pastries, macarons, and madeleines, was delicious, and Penelope kept everything replenished. The Mimosa Bar with fresh fruit was refreshing and beautifully presented, and Penelope ensured it was always flowing.||||I'm writing this review not only to compliment the team but also to help anyone considering Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck for their event. Look no further and stop stressing – this is the place. I can't wait to celebrate more occasions at Mirbeau and work with this amazing team again and again.

I am visiting New York for a friend's birthday. We booked two massages and were able to get in the same day. Nice amenities, receptionist and greeter for a tour were wonderful as one would expect for a resort of this class. My friend's massage was excellent. However, my massage was disappointing. The therapist seemed disinterested providing a light massage. She asked if I had any health issues or concerns and I said I did not. The therapist was running late, as mentioned by my friend's therapist. My therapist ended the appointment early by a minimum of 10-15 minutes. There is absolutely no reason not to apologize to the customer for being late or to cut an appointment time because you are behind schedule, especially when you are charging $190 plus 20% gratuity. I did mention it to the receptionist and she discounted the service by 20% and removed the gratuity (per my request). Unfortunately, I will not return nor recommend the Rhinebeck location.

My husband and I have been to Mirbeau for spa treatments and special dinners on occasion and it never disappoints. This past weekend we stayed for our anniversary and it was the perfect retreat! The rooms was beautiful and luxurious. Their signature scents personal care product are divine. They didn’t miss a rejuvenating step! (There wasn’t a mini fridge- but apparently you could request one). The spa is truly state of the art and exceeds in relaxation. Shout out to Dana- the best massage I have ever had!! Will absolutely request her from now on. Take full advantage of the amenities at the spa, including steam room, sauna, and spa pool deck. Booking a pool cabana is a luxurious way to pass a sunny afternoon! Our dining experiences were also incredibly pleasing. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and great portions. The wine vending machine was so fun! We already cannot wait to book our next staycation. Every staff member we encountered was professional, curious, and helpful. What a lovely way to celebrate! Thank you, Mirbeau. Just a tip- highly recommend booking Thursday- Saturday. T-Th they have discounts and better priced rooms (for budget conscious like us). When you call, ask about promotions and packages. They are incredibly helpful and accommodating!

My wife and I stayed Mon thru Sat the week leading to Labor day weekend - Paige at the bar and Billy, manager of the hotel(or one of 2?) were particularly excellent. Also, the housekeeping team was very responsive. We bought some local cheese and wine and needed a mini fridge. Paige- though young is super informed on both wine and liquor and is just delightful. Location is great, heart of Rhinebeck. Easy trip to FDR estate, Olana estate/museum, Poet's walk, etc. Excellent restaurants within walking distance even for we plus 60 year old folks. Only soft suggestion is for a casual, easy breakfast or lunch spot on grounds. We did a spa day which also was really well done.

This review applies only to the Spa at the Mirbeau. Our stay at the hotel was otherwise lovely. It was pristine, peaceful and the food was terrific. I booked a Deep Tissue Massage for my husband who's had 30 yrs. experience with these. His practitioner was nice but underqualified for deep tissue. His description of the massage was like having your college girlfriend give you a back rub. She asked if he had any issues of note. He answered very specifically that he did and she proceeded to not address a single one. He did not tip her because it was such a waste of his time. Turns out, they charged $170 plus an automatic $34 tip. When he talked to the Spa Manager about his complaints, she was disinterested and unapologetic. She said she would "look into it," but never followed through. ||It's a shame that the Spa had to bring down what would otherwise have been a very good review for the Hotel.

I am writing this review on both behalf of myself and my mother (she does not have an email address or computer) My massage was performed by Diana. The best massage treatment I have experienced. I have a pinched nerve in my back and Diana took her time with me and explained that if I was in may sort of pain, she would readjust her pressure. She was so concerned for me and I appreciated that. From my first treatment some years ago to the present day, I have always found Diana to be Professional, Informative and Caring. I have lost count of the amount people I have recommended to Diana. Spa Mirbeau (Rhinebeck) is lucky to have her. Maribel performed my mother’s massage. My mother shares Maribel is an absolute genius! Her knowledge and skills are phenomenal, and I always feel totally transformed after just one hour. She is so personable and professional that he makes you feel completely at ease. She is clearly very passionate about her work and he takes great care to mindfully diagnose and address any problem areas, offering very helpful (and interesting) guidance and advice throughout. Maribel has world class expertise and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Suffice to say; I wouldn’t consider going for massage anywhere else.THANK YOU Maribel & Spa Mirbeau (Rhinebeck)
