It's much better than expected. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is apparently refurbished not long ago. The receptionist is super helpful. Our car is too large for the regular parking spot and he found us a good spot to park. The hotel is close to great restaurants and the beach as well.
I've stayed at this hotel a few times in the distant past. It's close to the beach, zoo. College, things that I thought I would see.. So this trip I thought l would stay again. The owner was so rude to me because I checked in late, coming from Anaheim. I told the lady that took the reservation I would be late. He didn't care and yelled at me. Told him "sorry, but why are you being so rude to me..." I wont stay there again. He needed my business, I think there was only 5 cars in the lot with 36 rooms at the inn. Maybe have it posted on the sites that No check in after 10 pm instead of limited office hours.
Positive: Comfortable beds. Quiet very clean room. Handicapped parking near room. Updated decor. Near beach and zoo and mall. Safe neighborhood. Good food options within the block. Negative: Base around bed was wooden and sticks out. Difficult to see and we hit our legs several times. Otherwise absolutely no negative feedback about anything else. Highly recommend this hotel and will return.
The location was great. Easy to walk to the beach, zoo, or some eating spots around there. The rooms were a good size. Parking was easy to access. The only thing wrong there was the sink in the room, bad water pressure.
Positive: Location, walk to beach. Pizzeria and coffee shop next door and a little store if any snack needs Negative: We were denied use of their handicapped parking. Pretty sure this was against the law and was told had to have rented a handicapped room. Funny thing the next morning one of those two rooms were never rented so we should have been allowed to use.
Had no towels in the room when I got here no service after 10:00. The manager at the front desk is grumpy not very welcoming and has a bad attitude when you ask for something or mention things like there were no towels in my room he yelled and had bad attitude not very helpful and the rate for the room was ridiculously high for me to have to go and ask for a towel the next morning. Was unable to take a shower when I return to my room in the evening. I would not recommend this place to anybody even if it was the last available place to stay in the city of San Francisco. This place really sucks, don't stay here I highly unrecommend this place.
My vehicle was vandalized in an ADA spot directly outside of the office. GUESS WHAT?! Their cameras are just for show and do not work, so there's no security footage available. The cord to my phone in the room had been cut, so there was no available way to call. The front desk attendant sleeps in the back office. When I we checked out and inquired about the cameras, the guy came out in his pajamas. So you can pretty much get away with anything. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FACILITY!!
The fridge was broken and super noisy. The sink was bizarre. The water shot out of 4 tiny holes with super high pressure. It was unusable. Would not recommend.
Hotel is much cleaner than the area would have you believe. Very happy to have stayed here rather than downtown in a room 3x smaller and 3x more expensive. Great service both in the evening and morning. Great coffee and muffins - truly.
HIT is not really my thing, nor is working out just for the sake of working out, but this team is rocking it. They've gotten me to come back more times than I thought I would and that's a credit to their energy and encouragement â¤ï¸ The team has c
A few weeks ago was my first time at StretchLab. I was well informed about the process before and during the session. It was a very positive experience! Finances allowing I will definitely go back. Thank you Brynn!
The Neighborhood Tour with Lisa was so useful in our search for a home in SF. She listened to all our requests for the characteristics of the property we were looking for, as well as our preferred locations. We knew nothing of the city coming into th
