I am very happy with the end results of this. I had my tub done and my ceramic tile surround done. The needed to remove the previous glaze from my tub first in order to be able to warranty their work, which I had them do at an extra cost. I love that I don't have to clean grout anymore and that I only need caulk around my spout. Everyone who has seen it thinks it looks great too. The installer also asked before he finished if I was happy with how the tiles looks or if I wanted more contrast. The downside are few, but there are a few. One the smell is horrible. They do vent it outside.. I can't imagine how bad it would have been if they hadn't done that. I also had it done in summer during a very hot spell so opening up wasn't really a good option. So it took several days to get it out. I had my cat stay with a friend and shipped my kids off to grandma's so I was the only one who had to suffer through it. Also I wasn't able to remove my spout and they don't assist with that stuff, so the installer had to put take around it. When he removed the tape he also removed some of the new finish with it. I believe it could have been prevented if he had been more careful when removing the tape or if he had used a blade to score around the tape prior to removal. I called and he came back out to try and fix it. His fix made it less noticeable to others, but I know exactly where to look to see it, but there really isn't much that could be done to make it perfect beside starting all over and that wasn't an option for either of us. Also there one hand print in the final finish... When I pointed it out to him, he claimed there was not way he could have done that... Since I was the only other person to have access to it and I know for certain I didn't touch it I wasn't happy with his complete lack of accepting any chance of responsibility for it. Thankfully it's not very noticeable unless you look at it from the right angle. All said and done, I recommend it and am very happy with the result and would use them again if needed for another project.

I would absolutely recommend this company. We’ve had our bathroom done since February 2024 and it’s now almost July 2024. The counter top , tub & shower tiles look beautiful and are holding up nicely. I had one mess up on the counter and they came immediately and fixed it. No issues. Would highly recommend.

Best decision we made for the bathtub and surround! We were going to use a different “cover-up” company. So glad we went to the home show. Miracle Method was there. It was a no brained! Saved $8000. Looks fantastic, I tell everyone and show the before/during and after pictures. Would RECOMMEND!!

Very pleased with the workmanship, the quality, the value, and the process overall from beginning to end. We had our kitchen countertops refinished, a tub and tile covered, and a bathroom countertop redid. All turned out very well. Both Doug (estimator) and Derrick (installer) did a great job. My recommendation is to check Miracle Method out before investing in new countertops or tile. We originally budgeted for new countertops in the kitchen, but with Miracle Method, we were able to do both the kitchen and a bathroom.

We had a great experience with them initially BUT then we called them for a small repair and they tried charging us $200 for it even though we have the warranty on the tub. Super disappointing considering we have recommended them to a few of our friends who have used them, but they weren't willing to come back and do a small repair near the drain even though the tube is under warranty.

I used Miracle method to refinish my bathtub and sinks recently and the process was seamless from start to finish. They quickly got me into their schedule and finished on time. They removed my previous reglaze that I did myself and the finished product was better than expected. They were upfront and honest about the entire process and I am letting it cure so the finish lasts as long as it can! Great work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have the same work done! 5/5 for sure!

Cleaning the grout in our 5 yr old master bath shower got old very quickly. We happened to see Miracle Method's Tv commercial, and thought we'd give them a call to see what could be done with our grout. They came for an estimate within a few days, the estimator (Jim) was very professional and courteous, so we hired them to put one of their coatings on the entire shower. They gave us a choice of 30 colors, and their price was very reasonable. A few days later, our shower was beautifully transformed by Derek (also very courteous and professional) to a shower that we now LOVE!

You need to send someone to us to address the priblem of the wrong color in rhe kitcjen sink. The tub work is fine even though the tech had to redo a bubble. The kitchen sink is well done but the color is not a good match with our counter top.
