Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention Center - Hotel in Spokane Valley - 1100 N Sullivan Rd, USA

On a family road trip to Silverwood Amusement Park and Waterslides we stayed here (45 minutes) from Silverwood. A property built in the 1980’s with a bit dated decor is exceptionally clean and well kept. Deep 8’-3’ pool perfect for swimmers with a nice hot tub for grownups. Breakfast had good selection and service was excellent. We ordered dinner from onsite restaurant which was delicious but there is a Subway and other small restaurants and fast food chains close by. Property is right off freeway and easy to find

I was very impressed with this hotel. Our double queen room was quite large, especially given the age of the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was decent and there was no problem with the drain. Architecturally, the hotel is very interesting and everything is very well maintained. The only drawbacks are the slightly loud hum of the air-conditioning unit in the room and the sketchy people you find wandering around the neighborhood. Park in the back and they shouldn't be an issue. We would definitely stay here again. The price is fair and the rooms large and clean.

We had 2 wonderful nights at the Mirabeau Park Hotel. When I tried to book on-line, their site was a bit confusing as to room selections, so I called and got a wonderful lady named Nicki. She explained everything and booked my reservation. When we checked in, we ended up with Naomi checking us in, and she had a very cheerful and helpful personality. The room was very nice and all the amenities were as described. The breakfast was great and the restaurant staff did a great job keeping the buffet well stocked. My only complaint is that I wished they had coffee in the lobby in the morning. They had coffee in the room, but for those of us that get up early when their spouse likes to sleep in, a little coffee would have been nice. Fortunately, the gas station right next door had good coffee, so that solved the problem. Again, very small complaint. Will definitely stay there in future visits to Spokane.

We really enjoyed our three night stay here. The hotel has a great pool. It was very clean and had everything you could need in the rooms. The included breakfast was amazing! We will stay here again.

It was nice for an older hotel. Rooms had plenty of nice things like a second “kitchen” sink, microwave, fridge. Beds were good, pool was nice. The kids liked it because it was 100°! There’s a Walmart next door which is convenient but also a little sketch, beware. Overall a decent hotel, I traveled with kids so I’m safety conscious.

Positive: The price was really good.Water pressure in the shower was great. Negative: Breakfast was good, but not very warm. Our water pressure was great, but our friends who got a room on the same floor only got a trickle. I didn?t like that you had to get in the shower to turn it on and adjust temperature (brrr)

Quiet courtyard room during a quick overnight stop. The room was comfortable though the furniture was well used and showed signs of wear. The interior hallways could use some freshening up, extremely worn carpet. Ordered room service, prompt and hot. Husband liked his wedge salad and coconut shrimp. My voodoo chicken pasta was overly salty. I couldn't really enjoy it.

Hands down this has to be one of the cleanest rooms that I have ever stayed in! Don't know if it was a fluke (Hope not) but I have to say it again, this place was the cleanest room I have had the pleasure to stay in....ever! Room amenities were great with a microwave, mini fridge, bath robes, closet, room safe, 2 sinks, and a nice patio access from the room with chairs and a well maintained grassy area. The exterior of the hotel was clean and well maintained even though they were in the process of construction of some sort out front. The parking lots were well lit at night. Hallways were clean and the carpet appeared to be new as well. And a little thing, the ice machines had ice - always & worked fine. Easy to get to - lots of parking and the breakfast was great! No complaints & would recommend to anyone.
