Love the food and the people! Having lived in California for a decade before moving to Bothell and we were missing a good Mexican food place. Their food is so fresh and delicious but our favorite are their off-menu breakfast tacos which are *chefs kiss* (tortilla, cheese, fried egg, pico, potatoes, and meat of choice). We’ll be regulars as long as they’re here.
I’ve had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Mio’s. Everything is delicious, including homemade salsas. A new favorite for us adults and our three kids!
Look, for atmosphere, this is a food truck. But it is AMAZING street food. I got the egg sandwich with veggies sausage. Say yes to the offered sauces, they make the sandwich even better. My kid got the burger and fries which was wonderful as well. My kid made involuntary 'mmmmm' noises while eating. Such a good place, I can't recommend it enough. We'll be back the next time we are in Bothell.
This is my very favorite taco truck and I'm from Houston Texas. The food here is awesome and innovative. The torta is exactly how I remember it back in Texas which is hard to find and it tastes amazing. The Birria tacos are awesome and the breakfast is phenomenal highly recommend. I love the staff it's great supporting hard-working entrepreneurs that do an awesome job.
Recommended. Excellent food, friendly service, traditional and unique menu items at a fair price point. I had tacos pastor and asada, Mexican Coke and horchata. I will absolutely return next time I’m hungry and in the area.
Just so good. I’m new to the area and so far most of the “SUPER HIGH RATING CAN’T MISS LOCAL GEM!” places have been pretty disappointing to be honest. But this place is awesome. Food is delicious, great portions, service is quick and friendly and the prices are reasonable. Easily my favorite place so far.
First, I want to call out the service. The good folks who work there really care about their customers and are really happy to serve them. It was our first time there today, and they really made sure we got what we wanted. There were other customers there who joked with them; they're clearly part of the community. The food is amazing. We ordered the carne asada plate, a burrito bowl, and chicken tacos, and they all tasted superb with fresh ingredients. Highly recommended if you're in the area.
This place is a hidden gem! The people who run and operate it are very kind. The menu is diverse and the food is well prepared, fresh and most importantly, delicious. Can’t wait to try more menu items!
