Minsky's Pizza Lee's Summit - Pizza restaurant in Lee's Summit - 1251 NE Rice Rd, USA

Our server Nu Nu (?) was fantastic, very prompt and friendly. The pizza on the other hand was average and no like a normal Minsky's. The cheese was very light, Casey's pizza would had been better. Service was A+ and the atmosphere was warm. Note: Stay away from the iTunes juke box. First two songs I selected had no volume, let NuNu know and she had to turn it on from a switch around the corner on the wall. She refunded the credits for the missed songs. The screen shows 12 credits for $5 however, it's really 6 songs as they are 2 credits each unless its an unpopular song then maybe 1 credit. So it's really a rip off as you'll miss the first two songs while selecting the next 4. Room to improve on the pizza, not the expected quality for the most expensive pizza in KC. Because the pizza wasn't anything special I doubt we'd return to this location. The one in Blue Springs is hit/miss on accuracy.

I loved Minsky's Pizza from my days in college. Later, we enjoyed taking our kids there for dinner. Now, the service has declined to such a point it saddens me to say I stopped ordering from them 8 years ago. Their pizzas are smaller and the quality has seriously declined.

Very Very pleased with Minsky their was one waitress running the whole show the dining room check outs and everything and she was doing a excellent job..the food was very good the lunch special. A large piece of pizza Very fresh tasting...a large salad with a lot of salad dressing and a large drink all under $8 Very good deal I will be going back soon.

Pizza amazing and no one can beat their large meatball appetizer! Last few times, no bar open. I'm sure they will get back to it. We've done dine-in, carry out, and home delivery. Lunch and dinner

Waitress on the phone was not pleasant at all. I called for carry out. My salad was missing the two breadsticks but my biggest gripe was the DRY buffalo wings! They were so dry, I thought they were just chicken nuggets. They weren’t even evenly coated. I wouldn’t care to order from this location again. I took a picture of the wings, but can’t figure out how to attach it to this review. The pizza was decent though.

Came in for dinner on Saturday evening. They weren’t too busy and we were seated promptly. Waitress was very friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. Ordered the garlic bacon cheese rolls and a large jumbo combo pizza without green peppers. The garlic bacon cheese rolls came out quick and were so good! Another waitress delivered our pizza and it was very good. Our waitress came back a couple minutes later and apologized for not delivering our pizza herself as she went to eat real quick because the garlic bacon cheese rolls were her favorite and she put in an order for herself when she put ours in. Everyone has got to eat, even though I didn’t think she needed to apologize for not delivering our pizza herself. It just shows that she actually cares about her job and her customers.The food was great like usual but our waitress was what made our visit awesome. I just wish we remembered her name for some personal recognition. People like her a few and far between these days and Minsky’s in LS should be proud to have her.

Cold card board tasting pizza delivered After a 2 hour wait. Been to several locations all over the city and never had a bad experience. Tried lees Summit 2 times before and same story. Thought I’d try again but once again I regret it. Waste of money and time. Should have taken a pic. One pizza (which was a cheese) didn’t have any cheese on a third of it. Look liked dried bread with sauce burned into it.
