Brian did an absolutely amazing job on our laptop computer that had crashed.
He picked it up in less than an hour after I contacted him and started working on it immediately.
The problem turned out to be somewhat complex, but he stayed with it and came up with the repair solution in less than a day. He was able to get the parts that he needed and get it back to me the day after that.
Not only did he get it back to me, but he helped me with some follow up questions after I received it and spent nearly 2 hours on the phone helping me get some programs downloaded.

Our PC crashed this past weekend. Brian got back to us early Monday morning & was able to repair the PC, install a new power supply fan & get it back to us later same day. My issue was no display and I've tried everything in my knowledge to see why I kept getting "No Signal" on my monitor. Brought it to this company and oh man he doesn't miss! It was my GPU that was dead and not anything else that was causing my issue. Done quick and easy, took 2-3hrs only. Awesome guy!!! Love it!

UPDATE: I was having more Windows driver conflicts, so called Brian back and he remotely fixed my system in under an hour! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this merchant! EDIT: I have been doing further business with Brian and I am impressed with his ability to solve my PC and Windows problems! He recently fixed our Dell PC and installed a fresh version of Windows, along with a new Graphics Card! This is the place to bring your computer!
I am relatively decent with computers, but when it comes to hardware I struggle putting two and two together. Brian spotted a technical error in my pc build and explained it to me in a very helpful and respectful way. Alot of other folks may have condescended their way into a fix, but he was right down to earth and taught me a thing or two along the way. I would recommend this to anyone who wants someone in their tech-corner. It may have been a quick and easy fix, but he was fair and considererate throughout the process.

Beautiful scenic walk along the river. Nice little garden, benches to rest on. Can make your way down to the dam and and along trail to the Rum River public water access at Akin Park.
