Minneapolis Marriott Northwest - Hotel in Brooklyn Park - 7025 Northland Dr N, USA

Lovely hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was sparse due to lack of employees, like every place else. Courtesy and respect were on the lips of everyone who worked there. Be sure to bring your own drinking water as the city water tastes awful.

From our arrival on Thanksgiving Thursday the staff was efficient and friendly. They even provided us with Thanksgiving turkey dinners (with pumpkin or pecan pie and whipped cream)!! The room was beautifully appointed and having two separate rooms was an added bonus because my partner had to finish grading some college papers and I wanted to watch a movie. When it was time for bed we crawled into a kingsized bed that was comfortable and luxurious. We had plenty of pillows and had a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and the shower large and walk in. The only complaint through the whole stay was one shared by all hotels these days: the water saving shower heads. They just kinda spit at ya, where I like to be drenched. This was a thoroughly enjoyable place to stay.

We stayed at the Marriott for our son’s hockey showcase. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Even though they were doing renovations on the 3rd floor, there was not much excess noise or any issues. Our room had a sound machine to drown out any highway noise. The rooms were clean, very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Did not stay in hotel. Was there for a private event. All those involved in bar service, food etc. were very nice and polite. Food was delicious! Great venue for a private event!

At check-in I was given a double queen instead of the king I originally booked. It seemed nice at first walk through but there was hair left in the counter and the sink. Hoping it was a fluke I continued to inspect the room. I see signs posted about renovations so I’m hoping this room is going to be updated soon. Ate dinner in the lounge and it was amazing. The staff were also amazing. Got back to the room only to find most if the outlets in this room do not work so charging my devices was a struggle! In the middle of the night I hear a bang and come out ti find the attached picture. I told the front desk in the morning and provided pictures, they said they would send some one while I was out. After getting back I find the picture back up but the toilet lit covered in dust and still unable to use the outlets. I am here for work and waiting to hear back from them about a new reservation.

I travel to Minnesota about once every two week and this is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at. The rooms are large and the service is top-notch. Stephanie, treats everyone with respect and makes me want to stay at this Marriott every time I'm within a 15 mile radis! Easily, this is the best hotel in the Minneapolis or Plymouth area.

For the age of this property, it was in good condition. The rooms were good and upon our stay, we got upgraded to an executive suite as guest of the day by Shobhit which was a great surprise for a family of four with two little ones. The Wadwerth restaurant had a breakfast buffet. Kathy Jo was very helpful and friendly. i look forward to stay here on our next stay. Thanks, William Marriot Bonvoy Gold Elite
