I recently purchased a 2025 MINI Countryman from this dealer, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I deeply regret this purchase and would caution others against buying any 2025 MINI; As this is the first year of the new generation, the vehicle has been plagued with persistent issues. The most significant problems involve the infotainment system, which frequently experiences screen blackouts, navigation audio failures, and various glitches. When I sought assistance, the dealership offered no real solution to my problems and I couldn’t get hold of the manager. These ongoing issues have left me feeling unsupported and frustrated. Another significant concern arose when I discovered that MINI had switched from run-flat tires to standard tires without providing a spare. During the purchase, I was only informed that the car lacked a spare tire, which I assumed meant it used run-flats as MINI had traditionally done for safety reasons. However, it turned out that they had switched to normal tires without communicating this change or even providing a spare tire. This lack of transparency is disappointing.

Beautiful experience, I was getting my car serviced and I walked over to mini to check them out. The manager Mav so nice he's is super sweet and kind. The sales Paul super cool and down to earth. They pulled all strings to make sure I got the car I wanted. Luckily it was on the lot and I was able to drive off in my new countryman. I'm super happy 5th lease with this dealer and they never stop surprising me. I can't forget Cole who got my apps and car ready to go. Awesome experience and I hope to keep coming back in the future. Yesterday my sister and I went to the car dealership to look at cars. We were very happy to meet Paul and the manager Marwan. They welcomed us warmly. Even at the beginning, we were not even sure which model we wanted, but they naturally He enthusiastically introduced each car and color scheme to us, and then took us the keys to show us the car. Paul was also very humorous and cheerful. Although our English was not very good, he still patiently answered our questions. Once again Thanks to Paul and Marwan for letting us choose the car we like.

A HUGE thank you to Daniel Cervantes, a Mini-Cooper Parts Specialist, who absolutely knows all the ins and outs of Mini Coopers! I came in today to look for a radiator hose for my daughter’s 2012 Mini, and Daniel was able to quickly find the right hose, give me all the needed information as to installation, and sold me the hose for a very reasonable price! I am definitely recommending this place for all your Mini Cooper parts and service needs, and my daughter will now have an extremely knowledgeable team to service her vehicle!

By far, this has been THE BEST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP. Thanks to COLLIN, I received a call on Tuesday evening driving back home from work and I took it with the same expectations I have for any call I usually get from a salesman while searching for a new car (i.e. shooting high prices, underestimating my trade if applicable, giving me estimates with terms way different than what I asked for, etc.). Truth was shocking at first honestly. Collin was straight to the point telling me where he could compensate to meet my needs and, guess what, in about 30 minutes we had a closed deal OVER THE PHONE! We drove the next day to the dealership to be greeted by handsome, knowledgeable and so respectful man who took care of us very well starting with verifying that all numbers we discussed are the same on papers, checking the car and getting us setup with all what we need to know! Took my 2016 mini here for repairs. They were wonderful to deal with and got me back running again faster than expected. Pricing was reasonable. They also cleaned it which was nice because it really needed it!
