Minerals Hotel - Resort hotel in Vernon Township - 2 Chamonix Dr, USA

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Minerals this weekend and had the BEST time! From Blake and the front desk staff, who welcomed us upon our arrival and wished us well at our departure, to the bartenders, who poured our delicious drinks, and the lifeguards who braved the weather so that we could relax and enjoy the heated outdoor pool. The room was clean and spacious. The fireplace in the room only added to the romantic ambiance. Minerals has so much to offer with planned activities that run throughout the day! We also enjoyed Frosty’s Cantina, which is a heated outdoor bar! Our dinner date at Kites Restaurant was amazing! The pork chop and steak were delicious, some of the best we ever had! Minerals Spa was also outstanding, Nicole and Hannah and everyone at the spa created a relaxing experience and our treatments were beyond expectation! That relaxed mindset really set the tone for our kid free, stress free, anniversary weekend! We cannot thank Minerals and their friendly and professional staff enough, for making this weekend so memorable and enjoyable! We can’t wait to come back with the kids so they can enjoy all the activities and amenities that Minerals has to offer!

I highly recommend this hotel. It was the perfect getaway that enabled me to bond with my 19, 18, and 12 year old daughters. We were treated like gold. The staff was kind and attentive. The pool was so nice, especially the outdoor pool which you can even go in at night in the cold ,see the snow on the ground and the smoke like evaporation from the warm water. The room was spotless and moderm. The beds were so comfortable that I even asked housekeeping to find out the brand and model number. The Spa was over the top. We had a nlast at archery. The instructor was patient and skilled. My girls loved the cardoi dance class. We build memories that I am so grafeful for. My youngest is already asking to go to celebrate her birthday with a few close friends. This is a hidden oasis gem.Shout out to Sheryl, Mia, Tom, Jacob and Rachel.

I book this mini getaway with my kids for some much needed QT. This resort had it all from horseback riding, indoor basketball, wall climbing, axe throwing, roasting marshmallows, scheduled activities throughout the day, gorgeous heated indoor and outdoor pools, etc.. We received a $40 credit each day for breakfast but that totally was not worth it because the wait was out to control. The restaurant upstairs was super understaffed so they took forever to take our order and bring our food out. Needless to say, we didn’t bother eating there again! For what - there was plenty of restaurants and food options driving distance anyway. The coffee shop in the lobby was great! I enjoyed grabbing a hot latte from there daily. Overall, the resort was absolutely CLEAN!! The guests were not rowdy or ghetto, thank goodness!! And for the price you pay per night, I certainly did not expect any of that! The only thing that will not have me coming back is the it was a rude awakening when I checked out and saw ALL THOSE CRAZY FEES assessed to my invoice!! I was like whoaaaa!!! There was a daily NJ state fee, daily resort fee, a municipal tax, lodging tax, like you name it, they tacked on a fee!!! So at the end of the day, we could have went at the Disneyland Resort LOL!!

Me, my husband, and my two adult kids went on Christmas Day and stayed for two nights. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Presidential suite was great for hanging out by the fire, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Playing pool in the game room was fun, especially cause I beat my kids. LOL. The outdoor heated pool was amazing. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and pool bar was awesome. Frosty's Cantina was decorated beautifully. We loved roasting marshmallows by the fire. The holiday goats were adorable. We each had a massage which was so relaxing and just added to the overall experience. I will say it's a little pricey, but the gift of time we had together was priceless.

Great staff! Great Value! The selling points for us was the "TWELVE GOATS OF CHRISTMAS". We came from NYC and in all honesty we have seen many SPA, RESORTS and white gloves service. What we need although is real people and real service. Minerals did it and a very reasonable price and was able to transmit us the joy we were looking for. Interacting with the baby goats was extremely fun, and the staff managing that activity were great! I forgot all my worries and stress of living in NYC. Archery class was a BIG PLUS as well. Carolina ( I think that was her name ) was extremely nice with us shooting arrows. Indoor pool and Sauna was great but should have a higher cleanliness standards, especially the floor. Perhaps enforce sandals and no outside shoes, selling sandals would be a good idea as well.

Went here for the spa and the pool. It was a very nice location and a very peaceful reset. We needed help with our passes and Sheryl who was at the help desk was very helpful and caring. She made calls on our behalf and helped us to get back on track of having a great stay. The pool was amazing especially the indoor to out one. The spa I I can't think of her name ( might of been sandy) was amazing!!! They tended to us very well. The only thing I was not happy about was the food at kites restaurant the quality was just not good at all and the lunch menu was limited.

This hotel is a great hidden paradise. The beds aren’t the softest in the world but the pillows are perfect. The heated pool is a great end to my workday. Millie (Mildred) cleaned my room. She was friendly and full of life. People like her add a family atmosphere that puts this place over the top. Family is everything.

Sussex County is already deemed the quite county and it goes to show. I stayed at Minerals Hotel. Nothing was great about this place but it was peaceful. If you are staying here the pool indoor and outdoor options are good enough. The best night was the dinner and a show option. Other then that it's a regular hotel which is pretty pricey and the rooms at best are rated at a 2-3 star. Service isn't bad but no one goes out of their way to serve you.
