Mineral Springs Greenway (Trails) - Hiking area in Waxhaw - McNeely Rd, USA

Caught puck colors, beautiful 3 miles out and back trail. Only 26 miles from downtown Charlotte and do wild scenery. Trail someway rugged, uneven, rocky and slippery after rain. I got sunny day ut even though I tripped couple times over roots. Residential area close by, you may hear lown movers or leafs blowing which, honestly annoying. But overall nice hike there.

Beautiful, moderate hike. Lots of scenery and different terrain on the trail which made it more exciting. In and back trail, lots of benches if you need a break or to sit and have lunch.

Great place to walk, hike or spend time with the family in nature. Seriously one of the best places in NC to vacation or visit.

Nice out and back trail great shade, well maintained! Easy parking and well marked.

This was a tricky Trail for me it was narrow in areas with lots of tree roots runni g in the ground, so I had to pay attention to where I was walking. I enjoyed it very much and felt secure, as you could see homes through the trees on both sides in some areas.

Slightly rough, natural trail. There's a small creek adjacent to the path. Dense vegetation through most of the trail.

A go to these ptrails for me and my two puppies. 2 miles out and 2 miles back, beside or close to a nice stream where they can dip in a few times in hot weather. The second mile is fairly level, the first mile a little up and down but not really serious hills. the main trail is yellow. There is a yellow -blue connector trail and a longer blue trail off to the left going out, over really pretty, hilly terrain. This greenway is attractive in all seasons. It deserves the five stars I'm giving it.

Lovely shaded trails that wind alongside a creek. Great for walking your dogs or even for going on a trail ride with your horse.
