Mina's Cafe - Restaurant in Port Orchard - 1309 Bay St, USA

This little cozy Cafe was great! It still amazes me how these hidden gems keep doing there thing! The food came out just how we ordered it, the server was friendly and helpful with menu choices. I normally order a burger when I experience new places to eat because I figure if the burgers are good then it'll be worth coming back to try different items on the menu. My wife and I had a good experience here and we will be back! Thanks Mina's

My wife wanted to try this place out. And we were disappointed big time. Not just because the food was bad. My cheeseburger was bland. My wife's Moco Loco was inedible. If you look at the picture of the Moco Loco. It was so much gravy. It was a soup. But, like I said in the beginning. It wasn't the food that was the worst part. It was the service. Our waitress acted like she did not want us there.

The food was really good. Very friendly. There is plenty of good food to choose from. My only "thing" was it was a bit quiet in there. Maybe turn up the music, just a hair. Maybe it's just me. I am looking forward to going back!

I really enjoyed my meal here! The service was great and the food was good too. The server accommodated a special request and gave suggestions on what would be close to what I wanted and it was. The burger I had was good and the onions and mushrooms were sautéed to perfection. The fries were basic but well done. It's a pretty small dining area and I think I heard there was only one cook working. Food took a bit to come out but it wasn't bad; it was pretty busy. Prices were very reasonable and I'm definitely coming back. Gonna make this a regular stop.

Prices on the menu seem pretty high and while that might be because it's close to the water it's not a great view of the waterfront if your looking for a decent breakfast I'd look somewhere else. It also feels like they haven't found their identity with american and Asian items on there menu it's confusing. Service was okay but was off putting...

One of the best omelets I've ever had and the hash browns were perfect and crispy! Lots of options and customizations available. Mushrooms, onions, cheese, and broccoli turned out great in the omelet. Generous portions. Very friendly and laid back atmosphere. I will definitely be back! Plus breakfast is all day!

The gravy for the chicken fried steak was excellent! Everything else was good as well. 2 outdoors tables and sits right next to a small park for an after breakfast leg stretch. TONS of parking.

Honestly, this place gets a good rating as a diner, a good rating as a Korean restaurant, and an amazing rating for combining the two. The hash browns were good and crispy, the spicy pork bulgogi was amazing, and i could get a chocolate milkshake for dessert. Absolutely recommended
