One of those few parks that are naturally shaded by trees all around. Fun place to go with kids. There are play grounds for 2-5 yrs and 5+. My toddler loved it.
There are also picnic tables and places to grill.
Just across the field is the baseball field.
Parking is next to the baseball fields. It is free but limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
Mimosa Park is one of those parks that pride itself in picnicking. The benches are heavily shaded by the big trees that surround the area, and that is a big plus for those who want to protect themselves from the Texas sun.
This park is the perfect picnic spot for families, because it has a playground, a soccer field, several benches, restrooms, and a fountain.
Mimosa park is a cute park I. The middle of Richardson. We come about four times a year for club soccer practice. The park has plenty of activity space. Two tennis courts, a baseball backstop, plenty of space for soccer and a great playground. Plus a picnic pavilion. The disadvantage is the parking. The parking lot is small and while you can mark along the road coming in, the drive can be tight. It is close walking distance to several neighborhoods so maybe the expect more people to walk.
A cute little park with tennis court, playground, baseball field, etc. Enjoyed walking my dog after rain, very fresh air and not that hot.
This is my favorite place to go ! Offers more privacy with extended parking lot my kids really enjoyed!
This is the best park in the area. It is so well maintained. We had our daughters 4th birthday party here and it was a hit. There is a side for the younger kids and one for the older kids. Plenty of swings are always available. The extra space on the field is great for kicking or throwing a ball around.
Great park for a wide age range. Separate sections for 6-12 and up to 5. Also a great chair swing for kids with special needs or just have trouble hanging on. A very nice and inclusive park with a lot of varied features.
Love this park, the playground is clean and enough parking space. The play structures are divided into older kids and younger kids (under 5) They have the swing with the safety feature in it. There is also a huge grass area that you can run around, tennis court, soccer field and picnic area. The only reason I don't give 5 star is because the toilet has dirty wet floor and dark, it was not easy to change diaper there and there is no place to wash your hands.
Was trying to find a good playground to take my two year old while it was still sunny and I was surprised how well the trees at the playground helped a good portion. Place was very clean and lots of things to do. Tennis courts, half basketball court,
Very nice park, with variety of outdoor options tennis court, baseball field, soccer field with clean and neat rest room, and itâs a great place for friends and family to have picnics and they have enough benches in park..itâs fun places for kids
I have been in many gyms and have trained with many trainers, but the way Jean provides the guidance training and the customize workouts are truly remarkable.
I have started enjoying the gym again and always look forward to the next session.
