We recently decided to upgrade our laptop, and as such, went to both Costco and Best Buy, where we received conflicting information. Our last stop was to talk with Courtney Pepito who suggested that we buy the computer from Costco, then bring it to her. Since we are senior citizens, this was the guiding light that we needed as we were insecure with the purchase and initial setup. Courtney helped us as to what applications we needed and what we did not need. Tanner Perry was also very helpful. Both of them were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It is rare these days to come across people who deliver what they promise and do it on time.

I recently found myself looking for a very obscure PC part while installing a new SSD drive. Multiple other computer stores in the area were either extremely rude, or completely lacking in knowledge. After talking to the manager on the phone, it was clear that he knew what I was talking about, and had some solutions in stock. It was such a pleasure to work with somebody who knew what they were talking about, and also knew the importance of the part. We were able to come up with a solution together even though he had very little to gain, besides being a decent, helpful human being. I would absolutely recommend this store for all your computer needs! I have no intention of returning to any other local computer parts/repair store in the area after the experience. I would give them ten stars if I could!

It has been ages since I last visited Milwaukee PC. Unfortunately, that changed. Our computer decided to stop cooperating. I explained what the issues were to Tanner. He listened and offered some feedback. He hoped to get back to us in a couple days. After the initial visit, I don't expect any issues. He was polite and genuine. I will update if wrong, but would be shocked.

A very welcoming environment Tanner was very helpful! He did not give me the runaround. In fact one would say he went above and beyond! He did soo good I had to bring my other PC in, for him to work on. Thank you Tanner!

I have been going to Milwaukee PC Kenosha for the last five years. Ben has been nothing less than stellar in taking care of all of my Computer repair needs. I am having him build a gaming desktop for my daughter soon. I would highly recommend using his service for all of your desktop and laptop needs. I travel 28 miles to patronize his business. I am that confident in his technical ability and his customer service. Outstanding.
