I have been a customer of Milwaukee IT Group and working with their owner Jake for 8 years. I have been a subscriber to Peace of Mind (POM) monthly service for the entire time. There have been a few times when Jake or Pat have had to log into my laptop and save me from some virus or other such "crisis". Working with them has always been a pleasure and has afforded me the comfort knowing that my laptop and associated accounts are being monitored from the bad actors out there. Recently I made the decision to upgrade my laptop. I contacted Jake and asked him to review the models I was looking at and he helped me tremendously in making the right decision. After receiving my gear I contracted Milwaukee IT Group to transfer my data and set up my new service. I am writing this review from the new laptop to show how happy I am with the over the top experience I received. Jake went above and beyond helping me get everything just the way I want it! I am just an individual subscribing to services but Jake and Pat make me feel like a company with an IT Department! If you need help with your IT or Telephony Systems I would recommend that you reach out to these very capable and super friendly people! You won't be sorry you did, I am certainly NOT!
