My first impression of mills crossing was great. The leasing agent Michelle made sure I had an enjoyable experience. Michelle took me on a tour and answered questions faster than I can ask em. I visited because of the reviews but unfortunately there aren’t any 3 bedrooms available and I see why. I wouldn’t leave either!!

Michelle is so kind, friendly and helpful! I am very grateful for her attentiveness with an issue I was having. We really appreciate her! John Bell is the very best!! Every time we have needed maintenance he has made sure it was resolved within 24 hours. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable. Also a very nice guy! Mills crossing is very lucky to have both Michelle and John Bell!

I have lived her for years and Sage is the best company. I really love the upgrades they did in my kitchen. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Tatiana is always ready help. Kiara and Michelle are so sweet and capable. John Bell and John Brown are great at maintenance and quick to respond to any concerns. Joe the property manager really cares about his residents and he and his team are amazing! If these things are as important to you as they are to me I highly recommend living here!

The property is very well kept. The leasing office is always polite and helpful. I really appreciate Joe the manager. He is so nice and really cares about the community and the residents. He is a busy man but always makes time to help for the tenants. Tatjana is very pleasant and helpful as well. She is always trying to improve. Mills Crossing has been my home for years and I’m not going anywhere thanks to the management team. They really are fantastic, courteous, and care and they work great together…and G-d bless John Bell the maintenance supervisor who works really hard and is loved by everybody.

I had a great tour with Michelle today! She called to confirm our appointment and was ready for us when we showed up. The vacant home we toured was clean and is perfect for what my mom is looking for! Michelle was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. So far this is our top choice.

Newly moved in. So far everything has been great. Kiara has been a wonderful leasing manager to work with and made the process super easy. She has been extremly helpful and always able to answer any question we have! We had an issue with our washing machine upon move in and a new one has already been replaced and working so props to the quick and speedy maintenance team as well 👏

I love Mills Crossing. I have been here for 6 years and the management team they have now is the best. Sage really cares about its residents and are always available to help. Any maintenance request I've had over the years has been attended to properly and quickly by John Bell or John Brown. Tatjana is very polite and helpful as well as Kiara and Michelle. They are all a pleasure. Special thanks to Joe who really cares about his residents and he's very kind and easy to talk to. I'm most grateful for him because ever since he's been here everything is running so much more smooth and efficiently.

I went to see a townhouse at Mills Crossing in Owings Mills and met with Michelle. She’s a delightful person to get to know. She was informative and pleasant during our meeting. We saw a premium townhouse which my husband and I just loved. The neighborhood is quiet and clean as well. I can’t wait to move to make this our new home!
