Millennium Maintenance Systems has been a great asset to the many facilities that I am in charge of. They are professional, ethical and by far the best cleaning company I have dealt with in my 25+ years of working for my present employer, an orthopedic clinic practice. I highly recommend Millennium and their great staff and I put my work reputation behind my words.

Eddy Perez is one of the nicest guys I have ever worked with. His team of people go way above and beyond to do great work, and are trustworthy and operate with integrity. I have worked with them on several projects and every single one was executed without incident or some sort of "added" cost. Working with Millennium is a pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a team of people you can trust to get the job done right.

Millennium has cleaned my office building in SCV for 10+ years. Quality, on time and consistent. Their extra services like carpet cleaning and window washing have also been very good. This is a local SCV company and they take care of their customers. Nice to call a company and speak with the owner. The employees that come to our building wear a uniform and are nice. This is a professional company, not just a couple workers pulling mops out of the trunk of their car.

Millennium Maintenance has been cleaning our office for over 6 years, and they always go above and beyond what we expect from a janitorial service. They even help us change light bulbs, hang whiteboards, and other miscellaneous tasks. We worked with three other janitorial companies before we found these guys, and they are by far the best.

Millennium Maintenance painted our office and installed new lighting for us. They were professional and reliable and the quality of their work was excellent. We would highly recommend them.

When we discussed about the service he was very short and obnoxious to us and did NOT want to hear it. We suggest you pass this one.
