Millcreek Community Library - Library in Salt Lake City - 2266 E Evergreen Ave, USA

This place needs to be reported to the ADA. The workers here don’t know service dog laws at all and will kick you out even if you have a task trained (obviously well behaved) service dog. Utah law indicates “in training”service dogs must be permitted public access as long as they don’t cause immediate harm (not being a nuisance). Sad to know this isn’t a safe place for the disabled especially for a place that is meant for learning. I’ll gladly take myself to another library. If you also have this issue go to their website there’s a way to file a complaint to management.

Service dogs aren't welcome here. So sad librarian is rude and stalks you to make sure your child's service dog is out of the building. Was a perfect location for the family as outside has park with playground, open grass area, a pavilion with tables and inside has library and senior center with a cafe.

I love the ample seating at this branch!! Lots of comfy chairs and a few study tables with outlets. Also they have a little fish tank here 😊🐠

i love this library. they are super helpful and have a huge selection on site and can order books from other branches. staff is very friendly and good about research inquiries. overall a very cozy place to be

Very nice library. Lots of books, as expected. Kids are a bit on the noisy side, but I'm sure the nice librarians would quiet them down if I'd asked. Parents treat the library like a free indoor playground...

It's a nice little park. I like the sound of the stream. It's fenced off but you can see through in a few spots I like to take my dogs for a walk here it's never crowed, but it's older park so I think that's why. That just means really big cool 🌳 trees

I really do love the community center. Since they remodeled it years ago it's been amazing. I wish they'd have put in a pool, but that's the only thing I'd change. The staff is amazing, library is very well stocked, and the gym has everything one could need from a gym (bonus on it not being crowded most of the time!)

I quite simply love this library. I appreciate how big it is, how helpful the staff is, and the variety of books and other items that can be borrowed. The only way it could be better is if you could pay a large sum to sleep in it overnight or to hold a wedding in it. 😉
