I came here with my girlfriend, hoping for a pleasant experience, only to be met with hostility and blatant racism. The man who owns this shop did not just give us an unwelcoming stare or a cold shoulder — he used outright derogatory names, attacking us in a way that left us both stunned and appalled. As a member of a community that prides itself on love, respect, and acceptance, I am outraged by the toxic behavior exhibited by this individual. His words were not only offensive but harmful, dripping with a level of bigotry that should have no place in any society, let alone in a community where people of all backgrounds should feel safe and welcome. What made it even worse was the owner's complete lack of remorse, his expression devoid of empathy or understanding. It wasn't a moment of frustration or a misunderstanding — it was a calculated and vile display of racism that cut to the core. This man, who should be fostering a sense of community, instead chooses to divide and belittle. I urge everyone reading this to reconsider supporting this business. Patronizing this establishment is akin to endorsing the hatred and intolerance it stands for. There are countless other places in our community that are worthy of your support, places that truly embody the values of kindness, inclusivity, and respect for all. Do not give your hard-earned money to a business that actively harms the very fabric of our community with its hate-filled rhetoric. Stay away. Speak up. After wasting my time with Key Express up the street, I called Millbrae Lock and asked if they cut transponder keys. No need to program, just cut the keys. They said they could do it and the cost to cut key each key was $6. That's all I wanted. This is a true lock shop and tons of service. My keys were cut quickly and when I tested them opening up my van, they worked perfectly. Great customer service. Great price. Great people.

Great service. Great price. Claudio helped fix our front door lock that I had attempted to fix, and went above-and-beyond with getting the lock and door working perfectly. I had attempted to repair the lock myself but got to a point where I was afraid I'd break something if I went further. It turned out to be an easy fix that just needed the know-how of an experienced professional. Millbrae Lock will be my 1st call when I'm in need of a locksmith in the area.

The worst and dirtiest service in the bay area: employees including the boss are worried if you have the money to pay. If you have long hair and a beard don't try to go there. In the end, the boss says that his card is discover and offers a free copy to try to apologize. A very bad place to seek your services.

Very friendly, on time, and very knowledgeable. They were reasonably priced for service call and for broken key in lock removal. They quickly removed the broken part and thoroughly checked the lock was in working condition while explaining everything to me! My land lord, who put the responsibility on us for the removal and check for lock condition, gave us a company where both the service call charge and per hour rate were over $100....and I found Millbrae Lock as a better alternative and confirmed they were bonded.
