Very typical US Motel.||Clean, comfortable though a bit of a throwback - no real accessible plugs far less anything for 21st century tech. Tip - need to pull beds out and use sockets behind.||We received an email saying room had been cancelled at 7PM despite advising reception open till 10PM. Completely unnecessary stress while in transit given room secured by card. Sorted on arrival, room available.||Then got an email the following day saying credit card rejected and we would be turfed out by 8PM unless rectified - apparently a mistake related to cancellation.||Nice enough place / people friendly and if you check-in before 7, don’t need to plug things in, you’ll be happy. Not sure I’d return if other options in area at similar price given issues above.
Very calm here good view. The room was so hot I haven't sleept well all night the ac in the room does not work and it's currently 5 in the morning I'm posting this awake in the hot room laying in bed. Terrible that there aren't fans or anything other than the provided air conditioning and it does not work. The staff were kind and quick and the view and location are pretty, but we Are paying for a comfortable room and I did not get that .
Enjoyed a very comfortable 2 night stay here when we visited the area. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Good shower. There is a fridge and microwave for those self catering and a choice of restaurants within walking distance if you are not. First stayed here about 8 years ago and would certainly stay again.
Room is rather spacious and the bed is comfortable. Cleaning, however, could have been better. There were mysterious pee-like splotches on the toilet seat, stickiness on the nightstand and floor, and some bits of hair in corners. $180 for a room without breakfast is also not a good deal. 1-1.5 hours from Mt Rainier National Park Paradise area.
Small motel specific to this area . Great view of the mountain . The rooms were clean as advertised . This is not a fancy hotel this is a small town motel that really goes to good effort to provide a nice atmosphere . There seems to be pride in the staff that you can see in little touches.
Very nice place conveniently located between multiple restaurants and a small grocery store across the street. Management is wonderful and helpful. Rooms lovely. And there are plenty of beautiful benches to sit out and enjoy the weather.
Notre chambre était propre. Le prix est assez cher pour la qualité des installations, mais c'est le prix à payer pour être à proximité du Mont Rainier, malheureusement.
The only place we could find near Mount Rainier. Nothing special we asked for a quiet room. They gave us a room right on the road probably the noisiest room possible but maybe it’s just the only thing that was available when we came in. We had an EV and we’re looking for a place to charge fortunately right across the street. There is a RV park where the owner allowed us to charge overnight for an extremely reasonable price very appreciative to the RV park across the street!!
It is a little confusing finding all of the trail heads at first. This place is absolutely wonderful to hike. I spent the day there exploring and will definitely be going back regularly. You can choose to stay on the maintained trails or go off in th
Such a beautiful and well maintained park! We went here Halloween weekend and had almost the whole park to ourselves. Will definitely be coming back here again. Only thing I could say, the hosts should put a sign on the wood cage that tells guests to
It is beautiful! The sights themselves are amazing and even better with the animals! The tram is wonderful. You get to ride around and look at elk, moose, bison, and more! Then you get off the 5 you get to see the bear, wolves, cougar, bobcat, lynx,
Amazing host! Nan was extremely helpful in helping us settle in. His helpfulness was above and beyond. Super friendly host!
We enjoyed the campground, which was friendly during the day and quiet at night. There are some farm animals that are roam
Great park on alder lake. Free on weekdays and non holidays. Might be free on weekends. Supposedly a $10 fee but I didnât see any kiosk for payment. Good facilities, pretty large parking but it does get full. We got there before noon on a Monday a
