Mill Tree Inn Millington - Hotel in Millington - 7726 TN-3, USA

I had stated in lower rated hotels and had good experiences, so I tried giving this place a chance, but absolutely not. We were greeted by bugs on the floor as soon as we opened the door. The room stuck of mold, there was trash spilling out of a large garbage can right next to the room outside. Being in the room, the ceiling was bubbling and cracking. Mold was cover the broken, leaking ac unit. The ceiling above the shower had obvious damage. There was also what appeared to be blood on the wall next the the toilet. The advertised pool looked like green sludge rather than pool water, and there are signs all over the lobby saying not breakfast provided. The place is an obvious extended stay hotel rather than something you want to pass through, and I honestly feel bad for anyone who has to be there as the front desk lady was rude and made her annoyance with us obvious until we showed her pictures of the room. They know the place is uninhabitable. They don't care and refuse to give our money back because we went through another part to book the hotel. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

This place is hot garbage. Do you see how they advertise breakfast and a pool? The pool has an inch of green fuzz above the water. There are flies on the insides of the windows. There is a housing project next door. There are random intoxicated people that roam the property. They say that breakfast is out of order. They lie about what they provide. The front desk lady said the pool was undergoing maintainance which was a lie. Nobody is maintaining it. I asked if the breakfast situation was under maintainace and she simply said no. They wouldnt refund my money because i bought through GOVX for the military discount. Best thing for it is for it to be condemned.

Went to talk to someone about the room conditions and no one was there to assist three times. The man that checked us in said to leave keys on dresser.. they did not have breakfast like we were told. Tried calling to talk to someone and lady went off on me and hung up because I asked her if I could talk. She was rude. I would have never shown these pictures but because of her attitude I am. DO NOT STAY HERE. You will come home with more than just your luggage. Had to go buy bed bug spray and cleaning products just to sit on the toilet and take a shower. If it was not Dom for us having to stay somewhere for an emergency , we would have left. It was this or the safety after driving 12 hours to get our son at the hospital. There about 6 guys outside our room grilling and drinking until 2 in the morning. We smelled like cleaning products and garlic. Bad area, bad customer service, and poor conditions. RUDE front desk lady who didn’t want to hear our complaint.

Stayed there for quite some time , housekeepers very rude and want to talk behind your back. Owners don't like people who have dogs, rooms were nasty, had to clean room when we checked in and definitely not worth your money, people walking around at night looking for stuff to get into.. Whole places Reeks of Marijuana..

Stayed in room 210. The room wreaked of cigarette & marijuana smoke. Bedspread had holes and was thin. Stairs need to be repaired. Staff was alerted and attempted to “freshen” the room. Also requested and received a blanket and extra towels. We were informed when we checked in that they weren’t serving breakfast. Overall, the staff was friendly, but the rooms need to be updated/renovated. The property needs to be repaired.

The owners and house keepers has made us feel at home and safe would recommend highly they have weekly and daily rates .the rooms are cozy and they do not mind pets
