Lovely boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was charming and clean. Breakfast delivered to your room in a bag. We took ours up to the roof deck to eat. No elevator but staff helped with our heavy bags. No flexibility on checkout but could use facilities.
Room 106 is large and includes a couch and dining area. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent and it is delivered to your room. The air conditioning was not the best but it is a historic building so that is to be expected. Parking is TIGHT we got there early and got a good spot but if you have a large vehicle be prepared for a tight squeeze. It is very close to the harbor and restaurants.
This was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever been in! Huge shoutout to all the front desk staff, they were the sweetest, most accommodating people who really made our stay spectacular! The lobby is beautiful and there is always fresh fruit water and sangria. The complimentary breakfast completely exceeded my expectations and was amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and had wonderful amenities. The staff left a complimentary bottle of wine with a a hand written letter to celebrate my graduation. The hotel is in a perfect location and is only a five min walk to all the shops. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, but mainly I want to thank the front desk staff for being so accommodating! I cannot wait to come back!
Excellent experience from check in to check out. Staff was warm and welcoming. Room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and had everything you would look for in a room. Nespresso machine made a great cup of coffee, second only to the cold brew that came with breakfast that is delivered right to your door at your time of choice. Rooftop was a nice touch as well. Also a short walk from everything you would want to visit. We will be back here when we visit Newport next.
My girlfriend and I were fortunate to have an amazing long weekend stay here. Incredibly friendly and professional staff, especially Lori, who went above and beyond to help assist us with a plan for the area. Rooms were spacious and clean. Rooftop and gym were a nice added touch. The morning breakfast was great and something to look forward to. Would definitely recommend.
A great hotel, close to all the restaurants and shops by the waterfront, but far enough off the main street to be quiet at night. We stayed here for our anniversary and they were sweet enough to leave a nice card and gift in our room! We were also greeted with sangria and a bag of goodies upon check-in. We loved the sunset from the roof deck. We would highly recommend this hotel- you won't be disappointed.
Loved this little boutique hotel. Friendly, clean, delicious breakfast, quiet. Outstanding location right in the middle of everything. We are frequently travelers. Highly recommend and would come again! Newport was a great stop on our New England tour.
Overall the hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean. I loved that it was two levels. We had a spiral staircase in our room which made bringing bags up happen slowly but it wasn’t bad.||The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Just enough for a light breakfast. The yogurt parfait was 10/10! ||Parking was tight. Do not come with an oversized vehicle. We were told to maybe not take our car out for the weekend once we parked. We ended up taking it and luckily got a spot when we returned. Back into spots when you park! We learned the hard way that if you don’t back in it’s going to be very difficult to maneuver out. Thankfully an employee from the hotel helped us out! ||Overall I would definitely recommend staying here. Great location, great rooms and great staff!
