We love coming here when we need to pass some time and get out of the house!
The nature center is Free which is an amazing resource in our community! There’s live animals, learning zone, playground, & much more! We can spend an hour or two here just exploring around an playing!
I had the pleasure of visiting the nature center with my children and now my grandson. It's always nice to have a free venue to take the kids on a outing. My grandson had a ball. He enjoyed all the animals and the playground. He especially loved feeding the fish. And he found the Prarie dogs amusing. I hope this nature center stays open for many years to come for families to continue to enjoy.
We had lots of fun. My youngest loved the indoor animals. His favorite was the little owl by the door and the prairie dogs in the hallway. Then he loved the little play area and things to climb on. It a great place to take the kids to go see some animals and get out of the house. Thank you to the staff as well you guys were awesome! We will back. 💖💖
Quite a nice place with local nature information. There are various snakes on display, and also Prairie Dogs. There is a lovely outdoor area to walk through and there are birds on display that are local to the area and are captive due to an injury. A great chance to see them fairly close. There is also a lovely butterfly habitat in summer. The fish hatchery is right there too and interesting to walk through. A great place for the whole family.
Very small nature center located at the fish hatchery. It has some nice displays and a big butterfly garden. You can walk into the hatchery and see the fish rearing tanks.
I love this place! The exhibits are awesome, and the staff members have always been very knowledgeable and kind!
Cute playground, museum, and bird area. We really didn’t see everything that was available, but we look forward to returning again. My kids loved the playground, though! 🛝🤸♀️ 🦉
