Christopher was amazing!!! While he was working on my computer issue on the phone with me, my Boss called requesting IT assistance ASAP and I merged his call with my call since we were lucky to have Christopher on the phone with me. Christopher did not hesitate to open a new task and handled two different tasks at the same time on one call !!; he offered his assistance making sure that my Boss' computer issues were resolved. Christopher is one of the highlights of Miles and what makes Miles different from all other IT Help providers! Great customer service!! Thank you, Christopher!!!!

Wasn't sure how to have specific emails forwarded while I'm out of the office. Not only did Zachary show me how to set up forwarding of emails, he also took screen shots and sent it to me. This isn't something that I'll be doing often, so having this info for future reference will be very helpful and will hopefully prevent a future helpdesk ticket from being submitted! :-)
