Just picked up my laptop from Mike the Computer Guy. He identified the likely problem over the phone, sent me a link to order the part (nice and easy!), and scheduled my fix. The part (a fan) came in sooner than expected and he was able to fix my laptop ahead of time. I am thrilled that I decided to go with a cheap repair versus replacing my laptop (and glad to not throw it into a landfill) ~ I would recommend Mike The Computer Guy!

Mike was absolutely amazing! My computer had the blue screen of death. I called Mike and he told me to bring in the computer and repaired it same day! He texted me questions about files so that he could ensure everything was repaired exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend Mike. Prices very affordable and fair.

I had an excellent experience taking my laptop here to have my battery replaced. Mike let me know what the appropriate battery was to order, and once it came in, he had it fixed within 48 hours! Highly recommend.

Mike was super helpful and very professional. I asked him to convert some old tapes to a flash drive, and he was able to have the order finished before Christmas. He converted around 30 tapes in less than a week! The guy is awesome, cannot recommend him enough!

Amazing experience!!! I went to Mike when my computer randomly stopped working he answered all my questions and was detailed with what went wrong and what he had done! Brought in three VHS tapes to be transferred to CD when Mike called and said he only got one tape transferred to CD the other two tapes he said were dirty and the one VHS got eaten up by his machine and broke it. Of course VHS tapes are OLD they are going to have some issues. So I picked up my VHS tapes and my one transferred CD and went to a different video transfer place in New Baltimore where the gentleman fixed my broken tape and transferred it to CD after cleaning the tape that was all that was needed and got the other VHS tape transferred too! I thought that's what Mike did? Waste of time!
