Absolutely loved this place. This minute I put those chilaquiles in my mouth I knew was tasting homemade red sauce. Miguel's is an amazing little restaurant that has been around for quite sometime. They make your food fresh and thank goodness they understand what an over medium egg means. The green chile salsa is also just as good but it bites back so make sure you have a glass of water or one of their delicious aguas frescas. Their prices are great and it's generally packed. I missed the lunch rush so I had the whole place and servers to myself. I was taken care of so well! Definitely worth a try in Las Cruces!

Came here because I've been trying different places for breakfast and this place is so cozy and has an ultra cool vibe. The food is good, with a big selection and the service is what sold me. Hernando, served me and was super polite and great!! I would definitely recommend eating here. I got the red pork plate and loved it!
Cool little dining area and spot on food. I had the green chilaquiles with scrambled eggs. Chips tasted homemade and the green sauce was excellent. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
First time visit, and because we know the health inspector of Las Cruces NM and we were given first hand info on this small restaurant. And I have to say that the Menudo was very tasty and had original Mexican flavor, but the presentation was pitiful we had menudo all over the plate and the toasted bread. Our coffee was not served until we were halfway through our meal and the breakfast burrito that i ordered at the beginning was not brought out until the owner came out and checked on us. But when the burrito finally made it to our table it was delicious but we went ahead and brought it home. We will try visiting again in the future but for now we are trying out different restaurants that are being mentioned to us by our family friend health inspector here in Las Cruces NM. ps, the Menudo was very tasty and authentic.
Miguel's was recommended to me by a friend. I tried their chile relleno burrito and it was quite good. The very friendly hostess gave me two salsas, the spicy red that I requested, and their milder salsa. Both had excellent flavours and the spicy one did not disappoint! I'll definitely be going again!
Stopped in for lunch with our 3 yr old today after driving to Las Cruces from El Paso to take care of some business. Food was delicious, staff was super friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. My husband and I both had gorditas (he had carne asada and I had ground beef), and our daughter had the "waffle chicken nuggets". My husband also got a horchata to drink, and got a second one to-go it was so good! We will most definitely be back next time we're in Las Cruces!
I’m Mexican so I have high expectations and this place was GOOD! I recommend to everyone to go. They speak both languages so it helps, Very friendly place.
