Extremely happy with all interactions from start to finish. Walter went above and beyond keeping me updated throughout the entire process. He also did a great job explaining everything clearly along the way. When working on my computer he was able to find the issue quickly and offer several options to fix the problem. I will without a doubt be using his services again in the future for any pc issues or to build a new one.

I got my fiancé the Xbox series X when it first came out a few years ago for $800. Recently, it stopped working and so he took it to mighty bright. He was told it would take time to get the part(s) needed to fix the gaming system. My fiancé told them to take as much time as they needed and that he was not in a rush. He never received another attempt of communication or update from them again. After a few months, my fiancé called Mighty Bright to check on the status of the Xbox and if the necessary parts had been ordered. They told my fiancé that they GAVE AWAY his Xbox to be recycled with no warning or communication that this was going to happen. My fiancé had no call , email or text history of attempted communication from this company. The person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. They should keep a communication log as well as charge a late fee or give some sort of notice for that rather than giving people’s items away unannounced! We live a mile down the road and would have gladly picked it up and taken it somewhere else if they could not retrieve the correct parts. Now this special gift that I got for him is gone and he received nothing in return. I’m sure the company made money or used the parts for other things. Would not recommend them to anyone! To Your Reply: That decision was not yours to make. That is the decision and property of the owner and should have been returned to the owner. There is no evidence of communication from you whatsoever or evidence that the motherboard was even the issue with this Xbox.

If I could give a review of 10 stars I would! Walter did a exceptional job fixing my laptop that completely shut down. His knowledge, expertise, and customer service is through the roof. If you are looking for professional service with low pricing, I highly recommend Walter, believe me you will not be disappointed.

It's very rare to see someone with such dedication at their job and will do whatever it takes to find a way to resolve complex computer problems with an old 2013 pc and upgrade it for a very fair price. He really cares about his work and I respect that.

After calling in a panic and learning MBT made out of town house calls, I made an appointment for the following day. I was pleased at the quick response and complete problem resolution. Some surprises: The tech showed up when he said he would. His appearance and demeanor were highly professional. I had no qualms as a widowed elderly woman about allowing him in my home. Highly recommend this company.

I came in with problems regarding my CPU and ram on my motherboard, and they fixed my issue in not even 10 minutes and offered a very affordable solution. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would absolutely recommend them if you're having any sort of technical problem. I will be coming back in the future should I ever encounter more problems!

Walter is great and very knowledgeable, brought him my 10 year old computer tower because I tried to do an update and got locked out of my computer. He checked it out and installed a new hard drive and reinstalled windows operating system on it and was able to save all the content from my old hard drive!

Mighty Bright Technologies provides LAN, IT Networking, and repairs on computers, etc. The prices are very fair. Walter does all repairs on my computers. I highly recommend this company.
