The motels best asset are their staff members. The customer service is top notch. Also, it's a great value for the night. If your a doctor, or if you really need your sleep, you could find it difficult to do during the day mostly as ppl tend to chill in the parking lot of their cars and just blast their rap music with no regard to the neighbors. Also, I do not see any vending machines, but there's a gas station a block away. Overall, I would give it four stars.

Typical “trap” motel. You can get away with all the illegal shenanigans here. Location is 5 star because is in the “cut” and you can walk down Snelling on the weekend and it be lit as hell and everybody just wanna party vibes out there!! I’m not at all hating this motel I love it. It fits into the area nice and well.

INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF!!!!!! Asked politely whether or not the room was cleaned up/ready and were literally told to get lost. She went into a back room and didn't come back out. I was VERY polite and explained that I'm just a little bit OCD, we were a little early, and had never been there! It was unreal.

First things first-- @GOOGLE- Why isn't there an option for ZERO stars!? There is NO +positive to add to this Motel and any amount of star(s) is highly overrated. Second but most important. I am a reasonable lady. My expectations, I keep an open mind as so not live out life disappointed consistently. That being said, I can't help but sometimes look back at situations in review and become highly disappointed just the same. Upon arrival, I am told there are no single rooms available and that the double room will cost $80.00. Not what I was hoping to spend on a roadside motel that has a sign from the 1960s still hanging on to the front of the building stating that there is "Color TV/RCA"! That's as enticing as this place is gonna get! As I walk into the room, I can immediately smell the uncleanliness crowding up my airspace! The 2 overpriced beds I paid $80.00 for were poorly made. The pillowcases, dirty and looking like they were just slept on. The bedspreads just the same. No phone in the room. Is that legal? I would, without a doubt, had vacated immediately had I taken a black light to the situation. The bathroom, a dirty McDonald's cup on the counter. A plastic shopping bag lied on the floor. The shower has a used shaving razor lying on the side of the tub. The toilet does not flush. And last, NO TOWEL other than ONE DIRTY ONE barely folded where the clean ones should be!! I wasn't going to offer my review until this happened.... I still politely went to the office and asked for some towels. I was told that they are not housekeeping and I would have to get from them sometime in the AM. So taking a shower like I needed to at 5-6 AM is not an option. I told the man I didn't even have a hand towel! Absolutely awful place and service! I hope this stinky waste of a place gets condemned! ISH! 👎👎

If you ever want to feel like you you're on the run from the cops and you need a place to hide out. Your doing one of those days of wanting to be somebody different. Plan it from the beginning and make sure you end up here. Safe n clean. Good service. Well priced. Good for an emergency situation. Not too far from the fairgrounds. This would be a good spot to stay if you're going to the fair also. But you might want to book early because that place is going to get packed.

I never stayed at this Motel myself but I have been here because other people I know have started and rented a room or two. From what I seen it's not bad at all I'm not even sure how much it is per night or week or month but the people that have been there said they been there for 3 months so must not be to expensive ya know!!

You get what you'd assume you would...with no credit card necessary. No deposit. Under $100 and outside entrance to your door. Window in front . Decent and simple. A few downfalls...but if you're looking to have privacy and less interaction with hotel or guests. Maybe bring your pet...etc. this is exactly what you should expect. Hotel staff cleaning people are attentive. Perfect for travelers not looking for the spa and red carpet 😉 safe. Sometimes loud... not really worth complaining about.

If you ain't got a lot of money you need a place to crash your every night yeah it's a cool place but I wouldn't recommend wanting to go there
