I’ve been here for going on ten years never had a problem! If you have one it’s always taken care of. You couldn’t ask for a better place to live Friendly quiet and very clean! I’ve never had any issues. I would choose here then any other place in town trust me you’ll love it.

It's more of a long term stay for students and seniors. It's a wondful place to use as a stepping stone. It's safe clean they treat everyone like family . They have a good staff and make sure you have what you need to start your day off right.

The room is very clean. The security is outstanding. Plenty of TV channels. Close to popular casinos. Extremely strict regulations on visitors they must show I.D. You also have no control over the heating or cooling system which is controlled in the main office.

They accept weekly renters as well as monthly. It was perfect for a couple of weeks while I searched for a place near Renown Hospital(place of work). No bed bugs, clean spacious room with a full size fridge and a microwave. The manager Renee does an excellent job of maintaining order at this property. She can be seen running around all day working on the property, as well as her husband Keith whom I think does maintenance for the property. They work non-stop! 5 stars because we were treated so well and the price was right!

Bed bugs roaches smelly room you call for price they say they wont tell you over phone you have to go in manager guy say cheapest in town rude to tell a person in wheelchair to come in for pricing then when i get there theyre prices are super expensive for bed bugs bites and roaches crawling all over walls and floor and bathroom guy was rude smell of cigarettes pretty bad. Nosey man. Rude service. He gives pretty girl cheaper price. So he picks and choose how much he wants to charge you

Don't stay there. There are bed bugs in the bed. And cock roaches up the ying yang. My room was broken into and some of my stuff was stolen. Gee, I wonder if it was one of the crack heads always roaming around there. I doubt there could possible be any good reviews on this place, but if there is, they are put up by the employees themselves.

didnt get our deposit back and alot of pot smell staff was shady always problems with wifi password changed everyday hot water sucked always something going on every week always got a 24 hour notice of either helth dept or something different everyday other then that they worked with us to get us in there and room was cleaned but bed to small loved the big fridge and stove was ok didnt work well

Great price. Rooms are clean with on site laundry. Quite and people are nice. Close to Reno downtown and on bus line. Cash only.
