Midtown Inn - Motel in Clarksville - 890 Kraft St #3058, USA

I am just now posting about this but this happened back in 2017. My poor child was ate up by bed bugs! His back was covered with bites! He's now 16 and will be 17 on October 25. He was still a little boy back then. It was so awful! I had liked the motel before that happened

Got a room for 3 days for 210.00 but only stay 1 day I ask for and refund back they only gave me 70.00 refund not the amount supposed to get back the room were not clean walls need repair mold everywhere they don’t even know if I was a inspector this hotel need to close down bugs was everywhere they also have bedbugs in the bed it was just So disgusting disappointment if you’re going to have a business make sure everything is in order decent in order respectful customer service is a must if anyone decide to stay there I recommend that you don’t do to all the affection there this I have reportedHopefully something will be done about it and once again I still haven’t received my pulled them out of my refund back

My two babies got ate up by bed bugs we had to throw away everything we had including car seats and no refund crack heads everywhere strangers knocking on door people running you down in the parking lot trying to sell you stolen products

Rooms were not as clean. Bugs crawling everywhere. Sheets were not clean and had cigarette burns. Overcharged. Rooms should be way less. Honestly wish i could get a refund or at least half of my money back. Shower curtains need to be changed. Towels were not clean. $70.50 per night for this is not worth it.

Its am ok place if u just need a room to sleep. Bring ur own instant coffee. No coffee pot n no clock radio.All in all it'd good. Only 70$ . Every else is right at 100.

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever seen! Don't waste your money staying here! There is a Westgate around the corner for less than $10 more a night. Had to switch rooms twice - A/C didn't work in the first one & there was a giant spider, that resembled a recluse, on the pillow in the second one. Got to the third room & the sheets didn't look like they had been changed in months & there were bodily fluids on them! All the rooms smelled horrible. The beds were held together by random 2 x 4s & they keep the remotes for the 30 year old TVs on lock-down!! By the third room I told the desk clerk I was not staying at this hotel, it was disgusting & I wanted a refund! He gave me a refund & I went around the corner to Westgate! They have a sign that states, "NEW ROOMS"!! Those rooms haven't been new in 50 years! The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like cigarettes. There were nests of wasps outside the rooms! There should be a zero star rating! I wouldn't even give it a zero star if possible. This was the most disgusting place ever! The same day they rented the "spider room" to someone else...

Rude, unprofessional and young untrained people that are oblivious to there arrogant and abrasive communication style. The older man, woman, and son are all helpful but the 2 daughters or relatives of the owner are uneccessarily combative and disrespectful. Terrible hotel. Paid $141 for 2 days and $362 for 1 week. It wasn't worth it however.

Worst management I've seen in my life. The the Arabians that run it are very rude and unprofessional. My toilet ran over and completely flooded my room. I asked to be moved, they got an attitude and didn't want to let me change rooms. Ended up being really hateful and wouldn't give me a full refund. Simply there to try and cheat and beat ppl out of their money
