Midtown Aventura - Apartment complex in Miami - 20080 W Dixie Hwy, USA

THEY KEEP DELETING MY REVIEW! RED FLAG! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Overpriced, hallways smell like urine, walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors BELOW me even though I’m on the top floor! Leasing staff is inattentive and doesn’t get back to you on ANY matter. Maintenance speaks NO English. Children are constantly running around the fitness center. Imagine trying to workout and there’s a child riding a scooter in the gym? SAFETY HAZARD. OH and the cherry on top? They entered my apartment WITHOUT my permission at 9AM to “check fire alarms”. No prior notice was given. I WOKE UP TO A GROWN MAN IN MY BEDROOM CLAIMING HE WAS CHECKING THE FIRE ALARM. It’s against the law and a violation of tenant rights. Legal action WILL be taken if they can’t bring me a resolution. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

Terrible experience. During our visit, the leasing director Ana Wells appeared disinterested and failed to showcase the apartment's features or amenities, leaving us feeling unimpressed and uninformed about the property. I suggest if they are looking to lease their apartments, they ensure they are making potential tenants feel welcome and informed. Out of all the property tours my family has been doing, this has been the strangest without even being offered water or tea. Ana being the Director was surprising considering she was unable to tell us the price of the apartment we saw. This experience fell short of our expectations for a thorough and engaging tour.

What they advertise on their website isn’t how it actually is when you move in. We had our neighbors call the cops for no reason and continued to make irrelevant complaints. When to the leasing office and they had no care in the world . Email the manager she never got back to us . Never asked if we are okay or feel safe . Two weeks ago maintenance came and open my apartment door with three other people without notice talking about they are check the fire alarm . I felt very violated and unsafe . I don’t recommend anyone to come here . The garbage area is always full and look so nasty. People throw there garbage everywhere on the floor . The leasing office never address the garbage issue . Terrible place to live !!!!!! If I can rate them no stars I would have. On top of that when we first move we notice a lot of roaches. !!!!! We still have a roach problem!!!! The parking sucks, you have to always Park out side of the gate. Very unsafe. Please consider all reviews because this place hasn't changed

Amenities are absolutely beautiful as well as the rest of the community. Daniel, Ana and Joel were very welcoming and made the process quick and easy while also making sure all my questions were answered. I LOVE calling Midtown Aventura home and within walking distance from Brightline station makes it very easy to travel and the location is close proximity to everything including the mall, stores, Hospital and the beach! Moving into this community was the best option.

ONLY APARTMENT TO EVER KEEP MY SECURITY DEPOSIT IN OVER 10 YEARS OF RENTING. Pool has children's birthday parties with tons of people every weekend. Gym equipment regularly not put away. Cars parked in crosswalks. Train across the road is LOUD and you can hear the announcements in your apartment. Overpriced.

I've been living here for a 6 months now. It's a decent complex, has it's pros and cons, my overall score is good. Pros: it's new, that is, it has a great condition, nice furniture, bath tubes, public amenities; mostly adequate neighbors; good noise protection (building has all concrete walls and floors); it's located right across the street from Aventura Mall (if you're into shopping). Cons: parking is outdoor only, sometimes (rarely) it's not easy to find a spot; some neighbors may make you sad (pot, trash in the hallway, bad parking, etc); street location - it's far from good, sometimes delivery or taxi drivers can't find you at all; railway right across the street (affects only nearest buildings); it's a bit pricy on my opinion.

It’s amazing this is exactly what I’m talking about not feeling safe in my community where I live the gate not again but all this is like the 50th time that is broken just anybody could just driving in with out a problem. The gate has been broken since last week Friday I’ve been taking pictures every day that I’m driving and out from morning tonight and the gate it’s still not fixed it is now Tuesday it’s amazing how they don’t take care of the community. Besides that another day that the people to pick up the trash does not come by to take the trash woke up in the morning and there’s the trash again what is the point these people said give them the opportunity since their new it’s been months now and still nothing. My son plays out doors and I’m supposed to feel safe and comfortable knowing that the gate is working and operational and only people who are allowed in OP public key Phibes he could just drive it but anybody could just drive and no one‘s watching no one is doing anything about it. I’m so glad I’m leaving this place is not worth the money!

I wish I could leave zero stars. Appliances are cute but broken. Horrible parking. They fine you for everything. Staff does not care. Management is rude. Residents get towed even when there is no parking. Car get broke in too
