Midpoint Motel - Motel in Milwaukee - 10155 W Appleton Ave, USA

This motel is disgusting and poses a huge health hazard to their guests. First of all, we were put in a room where construction was being done next door, which we were still willing to tolerate despite the loud noise and pounding on the walls. This room (117) had to be the worst one of them all. The bathroom sink didn't drain and caused flooding on the floor-again, we were willing to deal with it despite the fact that we were charged $70 on a weeknight. As others have posted the bedding isn't cleaned properly as the sheets had all kinds of stains and hair still on them upon our arrival. The icing on the cake however at this joke of an establishment was when I discovered bugs all over the shower floor. That's where I drew the line because it didn't take long for them to begin landing on us and flying all over the room. The walls were also stained with I'm assuming bodily fluids, such as blood and god only knows what else. I finally called the motels front desk and the woman who took my call was unbelievable. I explained all the issues occurring and (kindly, mind you) asked to switch rooms. I was rudely told NO we couldn't switch rooms (it wasn't even fully booked as the parking lot was clearly empty) and NO I couldn't get my money back. She said I could file a complaint in the morning!! This blew my mind, it was clear from the answer I received from her refusing to allow us to switch rooms that filing a complaint wasn't going to do anything-they weren't even willing to compensate me for sticking us in a room that was not only hazardous to our health but also infested with bugs!!! Absolutely disgusting rooms and disgusting service from the staff. This place needs to be shut down!!!

Looks cute from outside, super small on the inside. The creepy people in the office don't talk, they stare. Reminds me of the Bates Motel. I won't stay again. Just creepy.

It’s convenient because the kitchen when you need a place to lay your head but other then that this motel can go straight to hell I will never come back here unless it have been remolded and the staff actually care about the room’s condition . I haven’t seen anyone cleaning the rooms since I been here

Just a low key location. The management Paul... n his ? Wife... are rude af... they dont have towels or sheets available so dont turn them in cuz you will be towel less., microwaves are dirty. Fridge stll had spoiled food in it.. bath tub floof was dirty... toilets leak and smell like sewage. wondered if the health department checks this mf

Worst experience ever! Old molded carpet, kitchen furniture nasty, walls visibly dirty and the linen on the bed looks to have never been washed. I found several blonde hairs on the comfort and I have dark hair. Please people don't be fooled this place is a dump! Didn't feel safe there.

Rancid. Horrible! Not worth it at all. The worst place possible to pay for a room. A homeless shelter is way nicer. I did not lay on the bed at all. I would wish this place on my worst enemy!!!! Horrible WiFi connection. And the other people are loud and obnoxious. I should've stayed in a tent instead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms wasn't clean raised price to 70 plus 5 for the key. Dirty walls shower nasty hair in the shower. Do not recommend

They have bed bugs and the lady at the desk tried to argue up and down with me how clean they are when I showed her pictures and everything I went to sleep fine woke up with bites on my arm and back
