Midlothian Inn - Motel in Richmond - 6523 Midlothian Tpke, USA

I don’t recommend this hotel because there’s a Indian woman that is really mean and she said a lot of things to me without doing anything and the doors were broken, SHES REALLY IGNORANT AND HAVE NO MANNERS

Ok this the 2nd time me and my fiance stayed here the first time we had problems but this has been chill layed back. .the owners are awesome they treated us really good this time love it would stay here again

ROOM WAS BROKEN INTO. PEOPLE WERE IN THE ROOM AND BELONGINGS WERE INVADED. INCIDENT WAS REPORTED. FRONT DESK SAID CAMERAS WERE NOT WORKING and MY DAUGHTER MUST HAVE LEFT THE DOOR OPEN!!! STAFF REFUSED TO CHANGE HER ROOM! Unacceptable response. No concern for customer's safety. I will be speaking to the owner about incident and staff response and reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities.

Rooms are clean. Property is clean. Everything works. Not one bug, not even flies or gnats. Owner and family are polite, caring and has pride in their business. I recommend, especially for their price.

There were a couple of things that I liked. 1) I liked that I didn't have to pay for the room, a friend covered that while I stayed there. 2) The other was the younger indian guy that worked there, at the desk. There were many I didn't like. I didn't like hearing the ho's yelling and fighting, sometimes at ALL HOURS of the day and night. I didn't like seeing the police on the property 3x, during my 4+ week stay there. I know that some of them staying there were addicts, I used to be one many years ago. I was always having room key issues, unable to get in from one day to the next, needing to go to the front desk to have it reset. My room, 103, needed to be fumigated, it stunk like cigarettes. My first entry into the room, hit me like a shovel, and I smoke. I spent quite a bit on Dollar Tree colognes, spraying the room as much as 4x a day.. the bathroom, the beds, the chair, rug, curtains, inside the drawers, until I could smell a major difference. The sheets were worn, some had holes in them, the rug needed to be cleaned, the towels were either too small to fit around my body, I only weigh 205, or had stains on them. The pillows were too soft as well. Nothing matched in the room, like things were purchased from different thrift stores. The WiFi was so slow, it needs to be upgraded, since it sometimes took minutes to open a single webpage. Wait!!.. there was a continental breakfast?.. where was I?

Well for starters the staff there is great other than the man in charge. Horrible attitude. Over charged us. Day by day the price changes. First day $60. The next day $75. Stayed that price for a couple days. Then I asked to pay a week was told they didn't offer by the week for the room I was in. I walked around talking to people and no one was paying the same amount for the same rooms. One lady in I believe the room number was 119 said she pays over $350 a week for her and her husband. That blew my mind. Another lady said the manager raised her rent three times and her and her family was only there for u think she said 3 or 4 months

The staff is super friendly. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because the room that we got put into did not have the best bathroom. But it's a quiet motel and for the money that you pay for a night is worth it in my opinion.

My issue is the sign says 30.00 right I stayed there four different times. 75 dollars an 250 Sunday thru Thursday. Vacationers may a higher rate. Restaurant next door is worth the Value.
