Midland Park Bagels and Deli - Bagel shop in Midland Park - 648 Godwin Ave, USA

You want to start the day with a nice breakfast and coffee, but the attitude of the woman working there can really get on your nerves. The other day I asked for the bagel to be toasted and she looked at me for 30 seconds. Yes, I like my bagel warm and I don't care if you have to work a minute longer for it. I don't even get an answer when I pay and say good day.

It is a bright and welcoming place with a nice, large menu. They have good prices and the people who work there are very friendly. The coffee was good and the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was amazing. It's right on Godwin ave so it's easy to make a quick stop. I will definitely be going back.

So I'm not sure where to start the food at this place is amazing. They get to 5 star but the Spanish girl they have that works. There is one of the rudest person I have ever come across in my life. As someone who has cooked out the highest level and in a few competitions and who was rated as one of the top restaurant in hospitality managers in new. Jersey and twenty sixteen this is really painful to see. All she does is look at people and then if you say excuse me she ignores you. Like I said that's not the way I Wanna start out my morning and she's been there for a long time when I don't understand for the life of me why a business set could be So much more successful if they had better people continue to hire these people that are obnoxious and Extremely rude. Then there's 2 guys that work there that are really dope individuals but whenever I order food it always seems to take a very long time with nobody. In the restaurant yesterday I waited almost twenty minutes for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich And I was the only one in the store. Like are you kidding me. Then I had a deal with a girl who won the asphalt coffee said something in Spanish. I guess under her breath at me? It's like displaces just so dysfunctional it's disgusting.. I'm gonna close with saying the food is definitely worth going Bud. The service is one of the worst I've seen in Burden county and I've probably would say it's 1 of the worst service I've seen in northern. New Jersey for that matter. There's plenty of other places within a 15 minute drive. That will treat you like family when you walk in and won't talk to. You like your worthless or won't talk about you in a different language when you simply ask for something.. I will never go there again.

I have been to numerous bagels places and delis throughout NJ, Long Island, and NYC and Midland Park is by far the best!! The bagels are made to perfection and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend visiting this deli!!

Looks promising from that outside but as soon as I walked in it felt off. The food was below average and they skimp out on the meats and eggs. I’ve also heard bad things about the daughter as well. I will not be supporting this local business for any longer.

Been here 4 times now. Food is okay but there seems to be some disorganization and resentment between employees. Would be 4 stars if not. Seems they take their frustration out on each other. One occasion: Ordered my food and when it came to pay they said to wait for the other guy who took my order. 2nd occasion: Ordered my food and when it came to pay. They didn't know who’s food was what and began arguing amongst themselves. Eventually they figured it out but gentleman threw sandwich in bag and hit me with it. Seemed took his frustration on customer. I was shocked, no apology but kept it moving.

I haven’t been in here for a while, but thought the bagels were always really good so I stopped in and got a bagel sandwich with Taylor and egg. The sandwich was good, the reason for the low score was the amount of flies in the place I happened to sit and eat my sandwich by the glass bagel bins, and couldn’t believe the number of flies I saw on all the bagels. Maybe it was because the front door was opened, but it wasn’t a very appetizing site.
