Internet randomly stopped working. Called. No IP address attached. Trouble shot with the 1st rep and his solution was a new Ethernet cord. Had to call again, asked them to bring one by while I'm at work. No problem. She calls back, says her supervisor stated that since I did not have time to troubleshoot with the 2nd rep, they cannot bring me a cord and I have to schedule a service call ... Ya, so I'm not available during their hours for a "service call" and I work out of town on the weekends, not available then either. I'll be finding a new provider. The rep herself was fine. Her "supervisor" on the other hand? Had she bothered to pull my account? She would have seen I already troubleshot with rep number 1. Ill be cancelling because of how lazy the supervisor is and how inconvenient they are. Response: No thank you. I'm not available until after 8 during the week and I work out of state during the weekends. I went and spent $44 on an Ethernet cord (cost due to required length). Problem solved. I'll still be cancelling as the supervisor made it 100x more complicated than it had to be. People who make things complicated once will make them complicated again. I've already paid for July so July will be my last month. The new girl working had more sense than your supervisor. Thanks anyway.

Just had the pleasure of speaking with a young lady named Brittany out of Fargo North dakota! She was lovely she was professional. As well as most of their employees I think they really do treat their employees well and that's why they're all so kind. My service is great

Just want say "Thank you" for excellent customer service to Midco staff for helping us with a phone connectivity issue on a Sunday afternoon. We spoke to a very patient, friendly customer service representative, whose name I sadly failed to note, who tried various things to get our phones working again. She was hampered by our hearing issues and our unfamiliarity with the hardware linking the phones to the Wi-Fi and set us up to have a technician come out on Monday. About half an hour later there was a knock on our door and Garret, a Midco service technician, was there to help. He immediately discovered we had plugged the phone USB? into the wrong place on the modem (while we were trying to fix a problem with our mouse...don't ask...) and had us back in business. He said he was done with his shift but couldn't go back home and leave us without any phone service in case of an emergency. Service above and beyond delivered with kindness. Thank you!! Literally just called to try and switch to Midco. Talked to a "sales" associate. Dude was so rude because he had to reexplain something to me. He said "That's what I just said" super rude. Told him to have a great day and hung up. Wild like I wanted to switch to Midco and he's rude??

Cancelled my service months ago, turned in my equipment to switch to ATT fiber, serviced hasnt been used since January, they charged me all the way out to May 2nd and claim i never turned the equipment in. The service was terrible the entire time i used it and its very fitting that they are bullying a customer into paying to settle the account with the threat of sending it to collections instead of checking their own records to verify when the service had been disconnected and when it had stopped being used. I recommend literally anywhere else that can provide for you.

Went in to shop around for wifi and Erica was able to help us EXCELLENTLY. She got us all set up in essentially under five minutes. She was very helpful and explained clearly what we were getting and even offered ways to help our wifi cost less each month. Very pleased with this experience. 5 star

Next, I met Michael at the job site and not only was he excellent at his assigned job, he was outstanding in dealing with a delicate, difficult situation. Kudos to an excellent staff.
