The fridge won't close and is moldy. Some floorboards are loose as well. Not grippy whatsoever. There's a random brick by the front door. Broken ac. Holes in the wall. Stains on the blankets and bedsheets.

Absolutely horrible location and horrible front desk lady. My room wasn't cleaned very well, there were burn holes in the blankets, the door wouldn't lock from the outside, the photos don't match what the property really looks like. The lawn is badly overgrown and online it said free breakfast but when you get there, they have a sign saying no breakfast? I called yesterday to ask about early check-in and was told yes but I'd have to pay $10, I go to check in today and the rude lady up front tells me no that it's $30. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star

The fridge barely works and is iced over. The front staff was rude and was determined to let us know how many ways they can charge extra if the room is dirty or we check out late. They were not concerned that pictures on the website were misleading . Many back glass windows have cracks in the glass doors and torn curtains. This place is unkept and do not recommend this place at all.

This is the only hotel I've ever seen that photocopies your payment cards with a document scanner. We booked this hotel for the convenience of being close to the Alamo for a day trip. It was a cheap deal that was too good to be true. If you are booking through a travel agency, make sure you are aware of the fine print, which states there is an additional $50 fee, per room, due on arrival, to get your key card. Additionally, be prepared to prove how many rooms you ordered. Secondly, when we tried to pay the fee with our debit card, we were asked for three separate forms of ID. One room had the A/C turned off and never cooled out throughout the night. The dresser was also falling apart. The other room was in similarly bad shape with a beat up dresser, as well as rodent feces on the bathroom counter. Additionally, this room only had one washcloth and two hand rags for the bathroom.

Its really cool spot, good price and even better rooms!!

Let me start off by saying You get what you pay for. So dont show up expecting a red carpet to be rolled out for u. I felt they did a good job with accommodating guest for the price they charge

It was a great bargain. But the sheets have stains even though they've been washed. The cleaning is below par. They just do quick grab of trash change linens. They never clean the 🪞 mirrors in rooms so they're all cloudy and dingy. They dont clean the front office glass because it's all fogged up with dirt. It's so so.

This place was horrible. It literally is a roach motel. Do not stay here!! Not at all clean. The sheets seemed like they weren’t washed, had stains and hair on them.
