We started our relationship with them when we used to buy our Medisoft from them many years ago. The cyberattack with Change Healthcare completed ceased our ability to submit electronic claims which was catastrophic. The team at Microwize was amazing from the beginning, Ahmed was phenomenal it getting us set up with EDI billing with Medicare during the downtime which was a life saver. Today's service call was quite lengthy as I had a lot of questions and really needed to know about how to fix rejected claims. He was his usual kind, caring, patient, and thourough self. He communicated so well that it really: instilled confidence in his explanation, made me excited about getting the claims corrected, and more self ashured about handling future problems with claims. I have only been doing this job, without any prior knowledge, for 1 yr. 2 mos, so I need to not only know the answers, but understand how the programs works together. Ahmed always makes me feel appreciated, that he was working with a professional, that any question is welcomed and even encouraged. I think the service offered by Microwize is their best feature. They have such qualified technical support and are ALWAYS customer oriented, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality software package for medical billing and support. Last month I started a billing remote employee service with microwize . I was introduced to Jordan who i found a very experienced, hard working and very polite . I was amazed with his knowledge about how to solve denials issues and to make the our collection better. Ater the highy quality of work I saw from Jordan, I will consider hiring another remote billing employee from microwize. microwize always solve my problems on the spot between soft ware, hard ware, IT and now staffing. Very happy with the servie and I definitly recommend it to others.
We ordered drinks and pastries for 13 people this morning and everything was absolutely INCREDIBLE. We loved the guava and cheese pastry so much we got another one and the same sitting. I love turmeric so the golden latte really hit the spot. Highly
