The room we stayed in was disgusting it was a smoking room I get it but it was overwhelming with Smokey smell, the shower curtain was molded in the tub as well as shower curtain which is the easiest thing to clean or replace with new one, only provided small towels if you did was to shower. The covers had mold on them & when we took the covers off the bed it was a huge blood stain 🤮🤮. Was a roach that was killed and just up on the wall everything about the room was disgusting like no one EVER cleans it & when I complained seemed no one cared that place should be shut down!!! Not worth the $95 they charge it’s probably worth $40 if that

Looks good from the outside, but tore up from the inside. Find another place to stay or just stay in your car and tough it out instead. Whole floor and room smelled like cigarettes. Room completely filthy no toilet paper provided. Dirty shower curtain. Blood stains on said shower curtain and pillow case. Rips in bed linens. Door locks are in operable. Card keys didn't work. Traveler beware.

Booked here on June 17....first room was awful....they offered us a different one and both were Disgusting! We walked out. Do not book here! Urine stains covered the whole mattress, crusty blood on sheets so you can tell they weren't washed. It was a nightmare. Another couple checked in right after us, we were out in the parking lot another 20 minutes figuring out where to go, when they also WALKED out. They went to the hotel across the street. Not to mention, Our peep hole was missing so there was just a hole in the door with a tissue sticking in it. I had my daughters with me and it was a first floor room.... I wasn't about to allow them or myself to be watched and crept on. I was promised a refund by the manager and still have not received it.

The staff were very nice but this place is disgusting. Pictures on website are deceiving. Spend more money and go else where. I was traveling and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours so I didn’t want to spend much and quickly regretted my decision. The room smells so bad. It’s non smoking but it smells like stale smoke and mildew! The bathroom ceiling has water damage and mold/mildew, the shower curtain was the same, the counter was not clean, and there was a tissue stuffed in the peep hole. I should have left but just needed a few hours of sleep to continue driving. When I went to the bathroom and turned on the light there were cockroaches, so we ended up leaving in the middle of the night as soon as I saw that! Save yourself the experience.

I will start off positive by saying the gentleman that checked me in late at night was very nice and polite. The rest of the experience was awful. Our non-smoking room, reeked of smoke with nicotine stains all over the walls. Our shower curtain was moldy and had what I pretty sure was a blood stain. The toilet paper holder was busted and we were not given any toilet paper. The pillows felt like a nearly empty package of cotton balls. The breakfast area was closed, so they offer a "breakfast bag," but honestly after the condition of the room, I was afraid to take it. My advice is pay the extra $20-$40 and stay somewhere else!

We needed a place after late night of traveling stopped there and wanted a few hours sleep. Woke up early to get on the road ,both of us had bites on us! BEDBUGS!!! There was no breakfast just given a bad with a Danish and granola bar even though they had a breakfast bar in the lobby. We given only one towel one wascloth and one hand towel for 2 Of us! No ice buckets in room when we asked they couldn't find even one for us to use! Desk person was not at desk.we had to look for him in order to check out! We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Disgusting place.

Employees were very helpful and kind but the rooms need serious work. The first room we were given had a musty smell and the air was muggy. It hit me immediately when walking in. The AC may have been broken because it wasn't pushing cold air. The faucet in the bathtub was leaking, not dripping but actually had a light stream that we couldn't turn off. So we asked for a different room. This second one was a bit better. The AC worked because we immediately felt a nice chill and the air was clean. No issues with the sink or tub. The mattress itself was clean(no bugs) but it seemed the sheets hadnt been changed because there was hair and debris under the blankets so we slept on top of the covers. The toilet paper holder was broken, the latch for the extra manual lock on top of the door was missing, there were holes in the wall exposing electrical wires, busted outlets, and painters tape holding the bathroom doorknob in place. We had to go downstairs to get ice because the one on our floor was broken as well as to ask for an ice bin so we could use the machine on the bottom floor. They took awhile to search for one and once they did it seemed as if they had to go clean it before giving it to us. Lastly the phone in the room wasn't connected to anything it was just there for show.

True the place is under construction / renovations and upgrades and that is understandable (and good luck) - the issues we had are with the cleanliness and or lack there of - the place is gross from top to bottom. The HVAC, mattresses, pillows are all worn out - there were cigarette burns and stains on the comforter and sheets. As soon as I pulled the sheets back I noticed a black pubic hair, there was hair in the bathtub, the floors were dirty as well. The cooling did not work at all and was not corrected. To put it simply stay away - find a different place
