Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springville - Hotel in Springville - 270 N Cascade Dr, USA

The hotel was very clean including the room and common areas. Its amenities were basic but there was nothing to complain about. Room and beds were nice though smaller than some places and perhaps with more basic decorating. It seems to be a newer property. It was far better than I expected. Breakfast was just OK.

The hotel was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I love the full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that are available for use. The products are very nice. The staff was awesome. The breakfast that is available is very good. There is something for everyone. The only warning I would like to give is to watch your speed in Springville. It is 30 in the town. Do 28 you might have a chance!! The hotel is great!!

Almost didn't stay.because of bad reviews but I took a chance and it was great. No complaints. Everything clean, bed comfy, desk people and cleaners were nice and helpful. Wifi worked, we brought our own coffee and coffee maker as we don't like to use the smaller pots. Breakfast area was kept filled and clean. Fruit.and bread items were fresh. Grounds were well kept and clean. I was very.pleasantly surprised and will stay again.

Really nice motel, clean, nicely kept. All of the staff go out of their way to make your stay very enjoyable. Located in the perfect location of the MANY beautiful places to go visit and spend your day sightseeing. Every time I am visiting the area, THIS is where i stay.

Thank you to all the stuff that we're very knowledgeable and helpful assisted over and above great customer service I would definitely stay here again if I was. Rooms were clean well organized and was very impressed by the hotel. So much to do in the area on your down time close to all amenities shops grocery stores pharmacies anything one could need away from home

This was an ok hotel, but not worth the money we paid for on a holiday weekend. The negatives include a tub drain that did not drain and it grossed me out standing in tub water blocked by a disgusting hairball. Another drawback was there was no breakfast food on our first morning. I'm disappointed the staff did not stock enough food in anticipation of the busy holiday weekend, or does not stock multiple days. The breakfast area was so crowded it was not comfortable to get breakfast on the second morning so we just left. The staff were scarce throughout my passing through the breakfast area, at all times I was there both mornings. We also were on the bottom floor and there must have been kids in the room above us because we heard footsteps through the night. The positive include beds that were comfortable and clean, and the staff who was visible to me in the hallway, walked with me immediately to my room to clear the clogged drain, when i asked for help.

Very nice place to stay. Bed was comfortable, breakfast plentiful. Dog treats at the desk! Rooms all accessible via an interior hallway, no worries about outside people breaking in.
