We had a good night sleep. We only stayed for 1 night. The room was very clean and the floor was quiet. There was absolutely NO mold or smoking odor. The bed was very comfortable too. The only thing we would have like to have is hot food - scramble eggs and bacon was not an option.
It was definitely worth paying extra money. The room does not smell like smoke and/or moldy. Room was cleaned Bed was comfortable NO noise. It was a comfortable sleep. The only thing I would have hope is it does NOT have scramble eggs for breakfast.
The cleaning lady, Ms. Gwen was amazing, professional, & sweet. The room could have been better for the price. There was a stain red on the floor that was wet. I mentioned it & was told they tried to get it up, but days later, when I was leaving, it was still there. It was wet when I got there & when I left, it was still sorta wet. Pictures are date stamped.
Clean and modern hotel that is excellent for a short stay. My room was very small which is the only reason I don't say for a long stay, but all the fixtures are modern and aside from the TV not getting the networks, everything worked fine. Beds are comfortable, everything is clean. Breakfast is standard continental. It is dog-friendly for a $25/night pet fee. ||There is only one elevator and it is slow. The stairways are actually carpeted and clean. One of the end doors is only for exit so you can't come back through it.
We stayed two nights in room 221.|Cons: When we entered the room it smelled moldy. The ac and refrigerator had been turned off, but even on the second day you had to adjust to the smell upon returning to the room. |The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, so showers fogged it up horribly and we all did our business in the lobby bathroom to avoid making the room smell worse. |The young adults in the next room slammed the door, ran up and down the hallway horse-playing, and generally sounded like they were trashing the room next door, so nap time was impossible. |The continental breakfast was sparse. No meat, fruit, or yogurt. |No pool. |Pros: |The staff was friendly, parking was easy, and it was a nice drive on backroads between the hotel and The Grounds.
Our room was fresh and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfortable. Check in/check out was quick. Will stay there again in the future.
So this is a nightmare and I advise anyone within the scope of my review to stay far far away from this location. Booked the room though Expedia. Check in was quick and mind you we arrived at 1030pm. My family and I were so tired and having booked the last accessible room available, and immediately went to bed. Upon waking we were treated to the following. The bed we slept on was broken. They had an infestation of pill-bugs in the room and bathroom, and the linens were covered with white dog hair. COVERED. To the point that anything on the bed ending covered as well. Told the front desk on checkout there were issues and the front desk staff could have been less disinterested. She simply states she would tell a manager. Offered no recompense nor even to speak to said manager. Instead turned to Expedia for help. That alone was another nightmare. They claimed they called the property which of course denied our claim of there infestation and filthy room. So spent 114 dollars to end up with my luggage infested with bugs and dog hair. There are any number of other hotels in this area. Go to any one of them. Or even sleep in a landfill it would be cleaner.
If you have pets DON'T GO HERE!!!! There prices appear great so you might want to reserve a room online but... The reservations are non refundable and if you have pets you get hit with a 25$ per pet non-refundable fee. Since the reservations are non-refundable there's nothing you can do about it. The checking manager saidthe fee was on the website but I didn't see it anywhere. AGAIN IF YOU HAVE PETS DO NOT GO HERE PET FRIENDLY MY BUTT

The manager has a heart of gold and the staff are amazing! We had stayed 5 days and were taken well care of. Going above and beyond is one thing but the staff knew our situation and why we were there for our loved one and made our stay stress free. T
Great hotel & location. Clean room and comfy beds! Felt like a safe area. Friendly staff and the best free hotel breakfast weâve ever had - so many great choices!! Is at a pretty busy intersection though, which is convenient but if you are a light
The staff was very professional and kind. We felt like we were family. Our grandson left his silver necklace there - we had not yet realized that we left it - and they called to tell us they had it at the front desk. We were able to pick it up on our
A small, cozy local coffee house with plenty of brews and a small but solid selection of croissants and paninis. Excellent to sit down and chill, or if you're in a rush, you can take the drive-thru.
Went to a car show in Saraland and decided o stop in, haven't had a Blizzard in a long time, got the Oreo Blizzard, and it was awesome. Didn't get the young man's name that prepared it but he was an expert. Very good and scratched an itch I have had
Was greeted with a very warm welcome and smile. With my first bite, I felt as if I was sitting in my grandmother's kitchen eating a truly home cooked meal. The options were tremendous. The corn reminded me of fresh from the garden to take sweet corn,
The best tacos ever. I had the belly of the beast and the black jack. Oh! They were so good!! And I loved the quite environment. Savannah was awesome too. Overall, great experience. We will definitely be back.
