Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rogers - Hotel in Rogers - 909 S 8th St, USA

We were very satisfied with our stay. The parking lot was brightly lit and perfectly situated. The check in was easy. The lobby was clean and inviting. The halls were well kept and freshly painted. Our room was so cute with plenty of room for our needs. The bathroom was clean. There was a microwave and mini fridge which we didn’t expect. It was a pleasant night. The breakfast was satisfactory. Lots of choices. I would’ve liked some eggs, but there was sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, muffins, bagels, and waffles. And some fresh fruit. Check out was extremely simple. Yes there is a less desirable hotel next door, but there’s also a burrito place that smelled lovely the whole time we were there. The location was very easy access to the highway.

The hotel was very nice and clean!! The staff was very friendly. The hotel was quiet and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The location of the hotel looks a little shady but there wasn't any issues. We were only there one night but it was perfect for what we needed and affordable!

This looked like a new building. Staff was super friendly. Beds were firm and comfy, breakfast was good. I would stay here again. Price was great

Items at breakfast were cold. We arrived late and were extremely tired. When we got up the next morning we discovered ants in the bathroom, bed and on the desk. When I told them it was like I was making it up until I showed them photos & videos. No apology or offer to reduce the room rate. NOTHING. Will not go back there. I will sleep in my truck if I have to.

Things did not work in room, maintenance could not fix them after 2 hours. Offered new room, that also had things not working! Was kept up into the early morning hours and the stay ended being a huge let down! Staff made us feel like we did something wrong. When going to front lobby we felt like we were always being watched, like we were doing something wrong. Shady place, shady location, shady clerk. Horrible stay! Zero stars!

Positive: Decent room for a good price. Negative: It was next door to a very questionable hotel but had no issues while staying there. it was really hard to find the first time, the entrance to the parking lot is shared with the other hotel, but not the fault of hotel, the city removed theirs. Got in late…personnel at desk was friendly and helpful. Located next to a rundown motel…felt uncertain about the safety of my vehicle, but nothing happened fortunately. Got to room, exhausted, room was stuffy…air was completely off. It was quiet at least…and went to bed…on a ROCK SLAB! Thought I had been transported into an episode of The Flintstones! Tossed and turned all night long…waking up every 1/2 hr or so with one arm or shoulder or the other numb from pressure points touching the rock mattress…woke up still exhausted and had another 8hr drive to do…ended up having to catch a nap in my pickup truck in a truck stop parking lot…felt more rested after 1.5 nap than I did after 6 hrs of terrible sleeping conditions in the hotel…will never stay with them again that’s for sure! 😡

Single rooms are tiny. Icky tile floors in some rooms. Room smelled of smoke. Construction supplies left all over hallway next to guest rooms. ||||Second room had dirty handprints all over windows. Used hand towels still hanging on towel rack. ||||The property next door is scary. ||||Cheap hotel attracts guests with lots of little kids that scream in the night and bang on the walls, as well as rude people who talk loudly on their phones with the speaker on at 1:30 AM. ||||Only stayed here for a funeral because we carpooled from out of state and others in the group already had a reservation here because it was close to the funeral location. ||||It was as awful as expected.
