The night manager, I forgot her name, was wonderful and immediately switched our room when we called to let her know the trash had not been removed from our first room. The hotel was under renovations and they began working very early the next morning which did wake us. The bed was also not very comfortable but hopefully it will be replaced during the renovation. Overall, it was fine and I did feel safe and that it was clean enough, but I wouldn’t make it my first choice especially until after the renovations are complete.
From check in to checkout our experience was great. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk person and made to feel welcome. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were a bit hard but still comfortable. We would stay here again.
Nice hotel. Clean, I had a few compliments , We were on the 3rd floor King room. 1) housekeeping needs to wipe the furniture polish off better. It was oily and visible on all the stuff. 2) The electric outlets on each side of the bed were not accessible. One side was way down the wall. The other side had to get down on the floor to reach it under the nightstand. 3) In the "newly remodeled " bathroom, they need to rethink the location of the toilet paper holder or move the towel pegs. 4) There is no counter space at all. 5) Needs a hand towel hanger by the sink.
Michelle was a lifesaver for my family and I. She went above and beyond to get us rooms after the other hotel in town left us stranded. This hotel is awesome. Safe, great location, friendly staff, great rooms. Highly recommend. Plus, a pool for the kids that can actually swim in.
Wouldn’t stay here unless you absolutely had to. The AC unit in our room was rigged with a towel underneath it due to some kind of issue with the condensation tray. Our room got so humid that everything felt damp to the touch - bed linens, slick floor, everything. Additionally the outlets were loose / some not working. Seems like they tried to put a pretty coat of paint on all this - giving cheap flip kind of vibes. Free breakfast was disappointing, gym is currently non-existent due to construction throughout the building, housekeeping and desk attendants are clearly untrained in hospitality or dont bother to try as they left our door open the first day there after cleaning, and came barging into the room minutes after we took our bags out but hadn’t finished checking out. As I said, overall don’t recommend.
They were working on renovations when we were there. No working fan in the bathroom. Clean rooms, front desk workers weren't the friendliest, all business not really welcoming. Breakfast was the usual fare. Wasn't vaccumed in the stairwells. Our room wasn't made up each day. Not enough towels.
It was an affordable place to stay in our way to Florida. Nothing fancy but clean, safe, and I inspect for bed bugs everywhere I stay and I didn't see any trace of any. The breakfast was lacking a bit but I'm not mad because of how cheap the room was.
Quiet, very very clean, good breakfast and a great night clerk named Russell. Thank you for all your help and suggestions, and we really enjoyed our stay in Ozark.|Russell greeted us when we arrived, took care of changing to a first floor room, and gave us a ton of suggestions about where to get dinner, and everything was perfect.|Breakfast the next morning was simple, but very good and fresh and we had a great night's sleep The hotel is a bit north of the business strip of Ozark on north US 231, but this was a good thing since it was so quiet, we could hear the cattle in the pasture behind the hotel if we listened carefully. We highly recommend this Microtel Inn and |Suites in Ozark. This is only a bit over 2 hours away from the beaches.

Ed Lisenby Walking Trail by the public lake was perfect for an afternoon walk. It was paved and 3 miles around. The leaves are just now staring to change colors, but still mostly beautiful shades of greens. Several benches along the trail. You can al
I go to Martindale because Tractor Supply is located here. Love that store because the things needed for country life ( even for city folk whom just like the life style) are found here. The staff is alway nice and welcoming.
