Don't let the lower price shy you away. It is a nice clean and friendly facility. The staff was friendly. The had a pretty good breakfast. Located right off the freeway they have a nice pool and they are very close to many restaurants and shopping. Including Walmart.

The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt. The room was immaculate and when I say immaculate, I truly mean it because I am very OCD and I really appreciate the fact that they take such pride in making their rooms very clean. Thank you so much!

Rooms were clean and simple. They seemed to have been updated recently. Everything was nice and clean with no stains and no bugs! The front desk staff was super friendly and nice! The only complaint is that the cleaning staff just randomly walked in the morning of departure. Then we had an awkward stare off as they wanted to grab sheets and I was still getting ready in the bathroom. To be fair we did not have the DND on the door and the extra lock, this was also way before the 12pm checkout time. However they did not knock or announce themselves when opening the door. Very awkward luckily everyone was dressed and just finished up leaving. Other than that great place it seemed, good staff, normal simple breakfast, clean rooms and close to the event we were going to!

Very clean and comfortable. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the tv, my husband is hard of hearing and I was unable to put close captioning on. |We will definitely use Microtel again.

Absolutely do not recommend staying here. I’ve been coming to this microtel to visit my dad since I was 5 years old and just recently started coming down here with my husband. We are both 20 years old and have been checking in and staying by ourselves since we both turned 18, yet for some reason last night it was a problem since we weren’t 21+. We now have a newborn and we were stranded because our car broke down and this rude lady wouldn’t let us check in without an “adult”, again mind you we are both 20, married, and have a newborn. When we tried explaining that we have been checking in by ourselves for the past 2 years she just told us that we “don’t have to stay here”, we even asked when a manager would be in and she wouldn’t give us a straight answer. Y’all were just fine taking our money so I’m not sure why we couldn’t check in. When we do turn 21 we will not be coming back.

Newly refurbished and pleasant . The facilities are very nice. The updated rooms are very modern but somewhat strange in that there are no closets or drawers. This might be problem for a longer stay. Also the breakfast was very disappointing. We ended up going out for breakfast. Besides the breakfast we had a great stay.

This was a great hotel, I enjoyed my stay, slept good, and had a great full breakfast. Every interaction with the workers were amazing, I felt so welcome! I have stayed in a lot of hotels for sports, but this is definitely one of the best that I have had to stay in.
