Clean hotel and friendly service. Staff was accommodating when under pressure due to being low staffed. Wanda was great!! She restocked the breakfast items for hungry guests as soon as she arrived to work her shift. All employees were friendly during check-in and check-out.

Clean friendly hotel, great location. Overall great experience. Was greeted by friendly front desk while dropping off son at Liberty University. From lobby to room to breakfast area, hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was good, with typical options for this hotel class. Would highly recommend over other Wyndham properties in the area.

We were stuck in a predicament that caused us to not reach the hotel until after midnight. We called ahead to let them know and they were very kind and accommodating. They helped us get checked in over the phone so we wouldn’t have to when we got there. When we got to the hotel the front desk lady was training a new young man and she was amazing! She was kind and funny and training him really well. He was very polite and listening well. They have a great team and the hotel was lovely!

Room was comfortable and linens were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Minus one star because the room smelled off, as though someone had smoked in it and they then tried to deodorize, and the in-room AC unit was very much in need of cleaning. Overall a positive experience.

Great beds. The only issue was the 2 lights in room. Onw between the beds and one by the window which doesn't make sense. Staff very nice and professional. Close to everything, food and the mall.

Once of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The second you walk in, the room smelled clean! The rooms are roomy, almost like a small apartment. My room had a bed and little living room area separated by a little wall. There's a small table and desk area to work or eat and a sink, refrigerator, microwave and single serving coffee pot. I'm impressed and will be back if ever in Lynchburg again! Thank you! 🧡

Service was exceptional, very nice staff. The location was excellent!! Lots of shopping & restaurants nearby. Rooms are large and clean. However, my room on the second floor had a funky smell. Almost like it had been smoked in then cleaned by an ionizer. So knocked a star off for the room, albeit a great sized room and comfortable bed. Knocked off another star due to lack of a smart TV, so I couldn’t stream anything or cast to it. Frustrating. Also, noted no seating on the outside to wait for rides and lack of plugs in the “business” lobby area. I would stay in this area again, but may check the surrounding hotels.

After having to leave a different hotel due to its conditions amd driving cross country non stop i was blessed to find this hotel!!! It's so clean and comfortable along with the best customer service from the desk, to the Management A plus!!!! Everyone here was so nice and again I can't stress enough how clean and safe this hotel was hands down my go to Hotel going forward for the lynchburg area!!!
