Best hotel was very clean. The breakfast was typical but hot and it's not bad at all. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. When we checked in we were offered a welcome snack and at checkout we were given a bottle of water with our name on it. We were given a map of the hotel along with local recommendations for eating and shopping pair up I would absolutely stay here again if I we're passing through again.

Best hotel experience ever. Check in was fast and easy, room was clean, breakfast was great, they even sent a text to let me know breakfast times and check out time. Then I got a bottle of water with me name on it! Cute personal touch. The staff was friendly.

I was almost afraid to stay here after reading some of the reviews. 1st- this hotel was clean- I checked thoroughly. 2- Noise- I’m a light sleeper and didn’t hear any noise- except for the trash truck that came at 5am. 3- Breakfast- was very good- sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. 4- Price- very reasonable. I didn’t use the pool- will next time I come through.

One issue with noise level of room above me. I reported to front desk and the issue was addressed immediately. I was pleased. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was more than I expected and great! My girls enjoyed the pool.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We've traveled extensively in our lifetime. If we felt better and could have found another room ANYWHERE nearby, we would have. This is not a 4 ⭐ Hotel. The reviews cannot be of this hotel. It felt like a hostel or transient hotel. We have no idea where the pictures came from online, we did not see those sights in the hotel. Our room was one Queen and very tiny, the walls were so thin we could hear everyone in the hallway, it was nauseating to hear guests their bathrooms. We also could hear those walking and talking above us. It is noticeable that the hotel is pet friendly and while we don't mind people having pets, we do mind that we heard every pet in the hotel. We tried to get some sleep. The mattress was hard. Everything felt 20-30 years old, including the small, very thick TV. One of us got more sleep than the other,.so we set out as soon as we could to find another place to rest. This place was appalling. We did not complain because my husband said when he was checking in and out the staff didn't seem to care. Their lack of caring about the hotel and its reputation we felt was shown in the lack of care of the hotel and dressing nicely, even in jeans and a hoodie. There were many employees but only saw a few working. We do want a clean room. We did not unpack, we laid on the bed in our clothes, we did not shower. My husband took enough time for a much needed rest and sleep, then we left. Attaching photos of the bathroom trash can, the mold in the ceiling of the bathroom and the toilet upon our arrival, While it doesn't show it well, there was a line of dirt at the water line, using my gloves and a washcloth, the toilet cleaned up.

This motel has had some major remodeling done and what was done, looked excellent. Loved the hard floor that can be clean more efficiently and also looks Good. However, our smoke detector was very dirty and it bothered me every time I looked up. Paint was smeared on a couple things.|Breakfast had good stuff but the juice machine was broken that morning - bummer.|The fitness room was good for me to get my heart rate up for the day.

Staff was great. Room was very clean. AC worked fine. Fridge was cold. Clean along with the microwave and coffee pot. Now the unfortunate negatives. One use of TP and no extra rolls. Next day a new one was left. Light switches are at pillow level so if you move in bed, you will switch them off or on. 6 switches in the little room for 6 different lights and fan. Microtel means micro rooms by the way. BIG NEGATIVE: As others have noted in the reviews You will hear every conversation from someone staying in an adjoining room even with both doors closed. Look at the door gap underneath. Basically a cat could crawl under them. This is a security concern because anyone could slip a camera or camera phone underneath the door to record you. I didn't feel safe leaving my wife in the room alone. You will hear everything including when they pee, and when you pee they will hear you. Walking down the hallway to the elevator It seems like you're in a big open room of people, crying babies, and televisions. It's like there are no doors because of the door gaps throughout. Unfortunately we were next to the maintenance room so even though we work nights and sleep all morning hour wake up call was at 9:00 a.m. when they started banging on the wall to get the equipment out. But hey! They had free ice water at the entrance. Can't comment on the pool or the breakfast because we never use them.

Comfortable beds and very clean. I booked my room and told them I had my two dogs and they gave them a special gift of dog biscuits that was just adorable. |I had some noise from the kids running on the second floor but even with that I’d stay again for sure. Great staff!!!
