We do not usually leave reviews... We grabbed this hotel at the last minute and trusted the Wyndham name. By the time we settled in we just settled for staying - it was late. But there were so many things wrong with this location and especially their advertisements... but the roach got me totally aggravated in the morning. |1. Bed was Full size and not a Queen, the 2 pillows were tiny and had to go downstair to get 2 more. |2. Room was "mirco" small. |3. Hallway walls were smacked around and in need of repair and carpet was stained. |4. The internet did not come up as an option on our devices. |5. The TV didn't work properly... it lost picture and sound and remote would only operation about 18 inches from the TV.| 6. The tub was stained and rusty. |7. There was a nail sticking out dangerously from a corner protector. |8. Blow dryer was half pulled out the wall. |9. Staff was nice. Got a room with a clogged toilet, which staff took care of. Just a bit dated and didn't feel as clean as I expected in a hotel.

The room was not very clean but it was decently. Overall the hotel itself is very dirty from when you first come in the door is dirty. Carpets, floors elevators everything is dirty. The location is great right off the freeway easy access. I honestly wouldn't book there again.

Positive: Price Negative: It was too noisy outside. We couldn't sleep. AC fan is like a a jet engine. Thugs with hoodies were outside late night we had to park in the back. Like 2 tables for everyone for breakfast.

First of all the carpet in the hall was dirty. There were children playing in the lobby like they were just sitting there trying to get out of the sun get to the room. The room looked nice. The sheets on the bed were brown. The toilet overflow, the towels were dirty. I did not get my deposit back because he accused us of breaking the sink. I will be reaching out to corporate do not go there, the manager that comes in at seven in the morning he is an bery rude and disrespectful very disrespectful and needs to be checked

Positive: That it did not have bed bugs, that you had coffee, my car seemed safe in the parking lot. Negative: The hotel room was very very dirty, only 2 outlets worked - 1 being the outlet used for the microwave and fridge. The broke hair dryer had been pulled off the wall. The only other working outlet was by my bed so I had to get ready in the mirror by my bed.

Rooms are not very clean nor sanitized and we seen a bug crawling (roach) in the bathroom. Which we did not stay and asked for a refund. The staff did not look surprised when we complained about the roach and did not apologize. We do not recommend staying at this motel.

The whole place is nice on the outside. During the night going outside is sketchy. The room i was in on the 3rd floor was creepy. There were ants in the sink, on the bed, etc. People on either side in the rooms next to me, conversations were easy to hear. Honestly, don’t stay here. Was terrible. Customer service is was exceptional.
