Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kingsland - Hotel in Kingsland - 1325 E King Ave, USA

Had a pretty decent stay. It is a little run down but they seem to be in the process of some updates. The hotel was clean and served its purpose for our trip. The price was quite reasonable and the location was really convenient for what we wanted to see and do. The pillows could be a bit more comfy but I’ve had worse at other hotels. My husband and son tried the breakfast and said it was pretty decent.

I would like to say thank you to the upmost excellent customer service Audri did for us. She was very polite and courteous to my husband and I and went above and beyond for us. We called to see if there was any rooms available and she was the most helpful with our stay. While checking out, the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and courteous to us. We will be back in the near future. The room was very clean and cozy as well.

Nice smaller, pet friendly hotel, in a busy area very close to US 95, with a central lobby and interior hallways/elevators. The hotel sits, along with several other hotels, behind a number of businesses (gas stations, restaurants, etc.) that line the main road. There was a lot of traffic but the distance from the road minimized the noise. The interior is well kept and clean and the staff was friendly. The room, while not newly finished, was nicely appointed with minimal wear. Although we didn't need it, the room had a lot of storage - drawers, cabinets, shelves - more than most standard hotel rooms. There was a note at the front desk stating remodelling was going on, but we didn't see any construction type areas. The outdoor pool and its fenced-in area was very clean, as well as the parking lot and grassy areas surrounding the property. The complimentary breakfast was quite satisfactory, with hot and cold items and typical breakfast drinks. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The lobby was nice. Breakfast area was clean. The floor in the room needed a good cleaning. The bathroom could use some updates around the tub, new caulk and a good cleaning.|Breakfast was very nice. The front desk allowed me to borrow an umbrella when I walked to get my vehicle.|No receipt was given at checkout. Was supposed to be emailed. Haven't received it.

We were happy to be given a newly renovated room but the smell of paint was overwhelming and gave me a headache and bad taste in my mouth. Very small room but cute and comfortable. New vanity and sink but the old bathtub was badly stained and looked dirty. Don’t understand doing a complete reno and leaving such an awful tub.|Breakfast was fine. Good price but will not be back because of the tub.

Great place to stop for the night with your family. I felt safe, and the staff were very friendly checking in and leaving in the morning. The woman who checked us in made cookies which were so good! She said they had nachos too, but we missed out because we went to the Cracker Barrel for dinner. The woman who checked us out was friendly and even helped my daughter who was trying to buy a snack from the vending machine. She saw I was alone with my girls and sort of watched over them while they were eating breakfast so I could put a few bags in my van. I didn't even ask her to, she was just so nice. The only take away from the place was that my room smelled a little musty, probably from the humidity. Maybe it was just my room, but maybe they could air them out a little better? Other than that the room was clean and decorated very nicely. Breakfast was very good too. They had eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, juice, muffins, etc. I would definitely stop here again on my way to FL.

Starting out 2024 with a bang! I've been traveling for 8 hours with 3 teenagers. Our stop to rest before the last leg of our trip was here. I checked in at 5 PM exhausted as all heck! I had booked two rooms under a third party and forgot that one room I had put under my step-daughter's name. So from Kingsland's view they only saw one room booked. I paid for another room and was going to take it up with the third party. Michelle at the front desk was able to at least give me a bit of a discount, THANK YOU! After dinner and back to the room I hopped on my laptop and pulled up my reservation. Once I realized my mistake I went down to see Michelle (the most pleasant person even from the beginning when we checked in). ||She was able to verify the other room was indeed booked and went to typing away with her magical fingers! ||I didn't even have to explain to her that I also had my nephew and Autistic son with me. We were planning on conjoined rooms since he has major separation anxiety. ||Before I knew it we were in rooms together and my son couldn't be happier. Michelle saved me from a sleepless night as my son probably would have been sharing a bed with me! ||Cheers to 2024 and God Bless you, Michelle! You are my angel!

Spent New Year's Eve with friends. Stayed at this hotel before going back over to their home for breakfast. Very nice hotel. Will stay here again.||Staff was great even though we checked in after midnight.
