Everything about this hotel sucks. False advertisement. (My queen room was supposed to have a heart shape bathtub . IT DID NOT HAVE IT.) My queen bed is a full size bed. Amenities included a pool which the pool and hot tub is filled with sand and rocks . PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE . There blood stains through the hallway. Drawers are broken , locks are broken and rooms are disgusting. The front desk clerk told me that the hotel was being sprayed to kill the infestation. Yuck. I want my money back. The fact they charged me an extra $60 THE AUDACITY. Refund is needed for false advertising or at least update the photos. Liars and I’m pissed. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. Breakfast is just cereal & yogurt . Terrible , terrible experience.

I wouldn’t give this place even a star ! I have been here 5 days and planned on more until I was accused of smelling like marijuana and told not to book here again. I don’t smoke, nor do I carry marijuana on me. My boyfriend smokes but never inside and he always sprays before coming back inside. They are really discriminating. I heard the same man argue with guest and cancelled their reservation although they’d already been staying here just because they had a kid sleeping in the same bed. He is very rude and the hotel does nothing for any of the guest that have a bad time. It will never change. The lady here (Indian or middle eastern) is also very rude and prejudice. It was a horrible experience. I am not from the area just waiting on my apartment to be ready but I will not be coming back.

I don't understand the negative reviews as this place has been perfectly delightful to me. For the area, it is hands down the nicest place for the price. The front desk lady (sorry I don't know your name) was very professional and helpful. She looked up my rewards for me and got me a good room rate. She put up with my endless questions without losing her patience. It is not a five-star hotel and is a tad dated, but they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. After 30 days in the hospital, it was the best place for me to land: comfortable, clean and quiet. At first, I thought the no visitor rule was a little odd but came to appreciate it because it makes for a very quiet stay and keeps out the riff raff. Give them some grace. This business is not easy. It could be much worse. If they allowed dogs, I would stay here much longer no matter what they charged for that. Also, you normally do not get any breakfast at this class, so practice some gratitude. As for the people outside, understand that this property is between a low rent hotel and a place for people with mental illness, so it will not be ideal. Plan accordingly. I will definitely return when I am not traveling with my pet.

Don't stay here, you WILL regret it! Rooms smell like mildew. Customer 'service' is deplorable. Location is poor; beware of items left in car. They are running a scam, by collecting only a cash deposit so that it cannot be taken away when they wrongly charge people with these false claims. There was absolutely no smoking done in the room, it smelled completely of mildew- - overpowering in fact. We had had Donuts that morning and what they see on the floor/desk was only sugar, not ashes at all. However, they refuse to listen, and when cops were called they told me they could do nothing concerning money/refunds. The officer also stated that he had been here more than a few times regarding these same kind of claims. Again, this is a complete scam from this franchise and I will continue to complain in any way I can. *EDIT AFTER "Response from the owner"*: I am NOT the ONLY person who has mentioned it, it's even worse at Trip Advisor! And what do you mean, "This is something we will look into. Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention."?--LOOK INTO? YOU ARE THE ONES DOING IT; IT'S A SCAM! All of your responses are passive-aggressive; you have obviously NOT tried to improve your business. It's sad that Wyndham franchises out to such bad owners.

Both nights i was there someone “mistook” my room or atleast thats what the front desk said when I called down saying someone keeps trying to open my door. I had ants in the bed DISGUSTING BUT THE BIG NO REFUND SIGN AT FRONT & the fact I booked it through work I didnt even bother complaining. The after hour lock on the back door never actually activated so anyone could walk in the building. Middle of summer & the pool was closed. Immediate area is a little industrial/sketchy but i didnt have any actual issues outside. I gave 2points because parking was ample & great also they pre cooled my room which was great for the 104 texas weather. I will not stay here again but for the price it did its job since i wasnt there except for maybe 8hrs in total.

Only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because website said free breakfast and when we arrived it was only a continental breakfast. When you have kids and grandparents traveling with you, they need more than just cereal and yogurt. Otherwise, service was great, rooms were good, and location had several restaurants near by.

Positive: "" Negative: SThis hotel is OLD. The door to the closet was missing. The tub and sink were slow to drain. It's a non smoking property yet you see cigarette burn marks on the sink and tub. The carpet is gross. The bed sheets were almost tattered. Pillows were flat.

The room itself was decent, but the deposit requirement seems to be a tactic for the hotel to extract more money. The manager, Roma, falsely accused us of smoking in the room, which we did not do. Her dishonesty was evident, and she was also unreasonable, rude, and argumentative. When I attempted to discuss the issue calmly, she interrupted me and ultimately hung up on me. Despite her behavior, I remained respectful throughout the conversation.I strongly discourage anyone from using this hotel.
