Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Council Bluffs/Omaha - Hotel in Council Bluffs - 2141 S 35th St, USA

We rented 2 rooms, both were clean and fairly updated. Beds were comfortable, great water pressure and the staff was friendly and helpful. My nephew enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. It was the perfect location for all of our Vacation destinations. We were gone most of the time but it was the perfect place to sleep.

My room is clean & updated. The staff is friendly. The location is safe and convenient. Water pressure and temperature are great, but the tub drains slow. I have to hold down the toilet lever to make it flush. The mattress is cheap and springy. I have to take my dirty linen downstairs and pick up fresh linen myself. This place is good for 1-3 days. I wouldn't recommend a week+ stay. The breakfast is decent, avoid the biscuits.

I had a pleasant stay till I rushed out and left my sweatshirt. Of course, they are not responsible for that, but I talked to the housekeeping who was going to do the room. She definitely saw it laying where I stated. I know good workers are hard to come by, but she seemed mature. I called right away. On that note, I don't recommend staying there. I work like an average person too!

We upgrade to a suite and the room for the money extremely nice. Breakfast needed attention but other than that very pleasant place to stay for the price. It felt very clean and employees were very nice. We would for sure stay here again! Very close to casino which was a perk.

We brought our 3 pugs. Our room was designated with vinyl flooring, window seat and 2 queens. Beds were a comfort level of a 3.75, sleep was okay despite the noisy air conditioner. Us and Our pugs were always greeted and the staff were very accomodating. The room appeared clean, however our pups quickly found things under our beds, which lowered the score. Breakfast was good. Hotel was full during a power outage in the city so lots of pets and people. I thought everything was pretty good and very well maintained during our 4 day stay.

Hotel room was dirty on arrival. Carpet had several dust bunnies as well as food crumbs and 2 dead insects. Nook cushions were not clean and covered with heavy dust along the ends under the cushions. Shower curtains were either dirty or stained. Unfortunately, room did not come with fridge or microwave. Price was extremely affordable and location was quiet overall. Parking was very easy and plentiful.

We stayed here for my daughters birthday and we're able to swim in the pool. She had so much fun and still talks about it 6 months later. Considering doing the same for her next party!

My son rented a room for his baby sisters birthday, and we had a good time. Whomever is running this hotel needs a raise. Everything there was clean, and the staff was always helpful and nice. Thank you, I definitely would refer others and would stay there again.
