I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and facilities at your hotel. My mother and I stayed at your hotel from December 8 to December 9, 2023, and we had a terrible experience that caused us physical and emotional distress.||||First of all, the room we booked, Room 214, was completely nasty and unclean. Everything was broken, from the TV to the faucet. The sheets were stained, the carpet was dirty, and the bathroom was moldy. We have attached some photos of the room as evidence of the poor condition.||||Secondly, on December 8, 2023, my mother and I got stuck on the elevator for over an hour. No one from the hotel staff came to help us, even though we pressed the emergency button and called the front desk. We had to call the police to get some help off of the elevator. The police arrived at 11:15 a.m. and managed to open the elevator door. We have attached a copy of the police report as evidence of the incident.||||Both the room and the elevator situation were unacceptable and unacceptable. They caused us a lot of inconvenience, discomfort, and anxiety. My mother suffers from claustrophobia and asthma, and she had a panic attack and difficulty breathing in the elevator. We had to go to the hospital after we got out of the elevator. We have attached a copy of the medical bill as evidence of the harm we suffered.||||When we complained to the front desk, they only offered to reimburse the room charge, which we accepted. However, this is not enough to compensate for the terrible experience we had at your hotel. We demand a full refund of the entire amount we paid for our stay, including taxes and fees. We also demand a written apology from you and the staff involved. We also request a voucher for a free two-night stay at any of your hotels, valid for one year. We expect you to meet these demands within 14 days of receiving this letter, or we will take further action.||||We hope that you will take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible. The hotel is under renovation. And you are ripped off immediately by having to pay a 75.00 deposit for damage to the room. When the room has a substantial amount of damage in it. Also for smoking in the room when the strong odor of marijuana from the hallway drifts into your room. And told min. breakfast, but did not experience it because I left. Hotel should be closed!!
Everyone coming here, read the reviews!!!! Please!!!! It is terrible and very unclean. The workers are very nice but the hotel itself is very dirty. Things were broken and we were not able to get a refund and they charged us $75 because things were already broken coming into the room. The hotel is under reservations and therefore no breakfast even though it is advertised. There is an extremely strong weed smell. Please do not stay here!!!!!
Positive: The lady that worked the front desk was very polite and accommodating and the bed was comfortable. Negative: Inside the hotel was dirty...my room had no fridge or microwave...not even an ice bucket. ..I had to request that... the only thing I found satisfactory was the bed was clean and comfortable and that I didn't see any bugs crawling.
Let me state the obvious: the hotel needs plenty of work. Its amenities are useless, and the rooms desperately need an update. The room smells of smoke, the tub floods, the linen is not fresh, there are signs of mold and more. What I did appreciate was the attentiveness of the front desk clerk—a gentleman by the name of Jameal. He was polite and did his best to find the best accommodation in the hotel. I believe it is important to recognize his efforts with the circumstances surrounding the hotel. He was polite and did his absolute best to make me and my family feel welcome.
A1 service plus my room was clean as a whistle smelled AH-mazing and the bed was super comfy allowing me to get some much needed sleep everyday I was there ! Let me point out the front desk staff was great especially Shannon! She was professional courteous patient and had a positive attitude everytime I interacted with her! For this not to be a five star hotel I definitely received the 5 star treatment and for this I am eternally grateful- 🙌🏾🤲🏾🙌🏾
Positive: Value was good. The need for remodel is apparent upon entrance. Everything else is there. Negative: Breakfast was lacking. Microwave was scary dysfunctional. Ice machine not functional. Elevator was rewired with temp panel. Probably lacking new floor coverings throughout, appliances, and other amenities. Negative: ""
Absolutely disgusting. There were stains on the bedding. Box spring was torn and stained. Bathroom was disgusting. Hair everywhere. Carpet was nasty where someone had thrown up. Microwave was splitting apart. One of the beds was completely sunk down in the middle of the bed. The whole hotel was filled with the smell of weed.went down to checkout and just left after standing there for a few minutes and no one ever came to the counter. Wasn’t a single person in sight. I’ve stayed in many Wyndham hotels and never had an experience this horrible.
